5:55 Exercise 1 - Back Arching:
Lying on the stomach with hands extended forward, participants are instructed to straighten their arms and arch their backs, repeating the movement 10 times.
8:05 Exercise 2 - Vacuum Exercise:
In the same position, viewers are asked to exhale and pull in their stomach, maintaining the contraction during inhalation, and repeating five times.

Just checking back in from 13 days ago. At that time I had lost one and a half inches, measured at the belly button so as to include the love handles. Now, I have lost another one and a half inches for a total of three. I do the exercises 3-4 times a week. This also helps with your lower back and hips. Thanks Dr. Alekseev. I'll keep them up.

It's amazing, thank you. My back was actually hurting before I did it for the first time. Right after the excercise session the pain was gone and most of the bone clean clicking as I moved. Next morning my waste looked smaller. So it bypasses the muscle swelling process and the results are practically immediate. Thanks for such a positive contribution to my life

My waist measured 47/48 inches I can bend all the way down touch the floor with ease. Did the exercises and then measured waist 45.5 inches I can’t believe this actually works. I’m going to incorporate this routine daily inshaAllah

Wow. Amazing!! I tried this for the first time along with my husband. We both lost 5 cm in one go. Didn't even use the resistance band. Shocked really. We verified multiple times by re-measuring.

Yes.Also diet,fasting 10-14hrs daily. +organic foods.If you drink coffee only organic because non organic coffee is heavily sprayed with pesticides!!!!😮.

@@Saimaasif9 जो exercise ये बता रहे है। उसे करने से पहले टेप से पेट की चौड़ाई नोट करना एक बार सास को अंदर लेकर और दूसरी बार सास को छोड़कर। दोनो को लिखकर रखना। और घुटने सीधे रखने के बाद हाथ जमीन को टच करने की कोशिश करना और कितना इंच जमीन और हाथ में गैप है ये भी लिखकर रखना। फिर एक्सरसाइज जैसे बताए वैसे करने के बाद पेट की चौड़ाई कितनी हुई लिखकर चेक करना है। ऐसा हर दिन करना है।
