I have a comment on your suggestion of drinking a belly fat burning morning/ evening drink with Macha powder in it. You give the added caffeine amount you are drinking. Please send an answer about the amount of fluoride this Macha add? How about providing the amount of theophylline is also in this for green tea and for Macha? Thanks
The fact that you even knew matcha tea contained fluoride and a concerning amount of theophylline would suggest you could easily find out? From the videos I watched of Dr. Mandell, his suggestions are consistently natural remedies therefore you would probably need to research each particular component of said remedies and then kind of piece them together to draw a suitable conclusion on the quantities. reactive it can potentuate and cause hyper senstivity to all kinds of ingredients. I miss ice tea!

I've been doing all of these exercises except one since Monday, every day,5 days thus far and I have seen tremendous results in my belly. It is actually smaller!!! I also exercise regularly every day and eat healthy.

Yes, what many people don't realise is that a flat stomach is a result of 80% diet and 20% food. You can exercise all you want but if you eat junk food and drink lots of alcohol, you will only get frustrated and fat.
This is exactly what I needed! I’ve followed different suggestions from your channel. In the last year I’ve been eating healthier, walking and drinking different concoctions I’ve seen on this channel. I have lost weight SLOWLY, over time. I’m 38 yrs old, 5 feet. I started out at 202 lbs and currently I weigh 165 lbs. I went from a size 20 to a size 14. I know I still have more work to do because of my height but I’m confident that these type of exercises will help me get rid of the “kangaroo pouch” I have left in my abdomen. Your suggestions aren’t a quick fix. It takes consistency, patience and determination but they do work. At least they have for me. Thanks! 👏😁

I call my bulge a kangaroo pouch too. A friend says it’s her mermaid tail! It’s hard to go slow, but past rapid up and downs were often a problem for many that end up with stubborn weight gain. Congrats on your progress 👍. Keep at it 🤩.

Thank you for these exercises! I was concerned at first it may put pressure on my lower spine, but it did not. I have to be very careful as I have arthritis in the spine and my discs slip out easily but this put no pressure at all and helping me to strengthen those support muscles!

Thank you so much for these exercises! They are a perfect entry point for mostly sedentary people like me, who have finally said "Enough!" to their out-of-shape bodies and excess weight, and who are still trying to figure out how to actually commit to doing something about it. ❤
I did want to mention though, the importance of breathing through these exercises. When we suck in our bellies, most people tend to hold their breath and that's not good for extended periods of time, like through a workout. Dizziness and injuries and who knows what else, may be the result.
I noticed this as I was doing this workout today for the first time. So when I realized that I was repeatedly holding my breath, I started paying more attention to my breathing and used the exhalations to count seconds and repetitions. 👍

😳 omg, tonight was my first time and I definitely broke a sweat in my head. I skipped the optional one for now. I’ve been working out for about 2 months now with dumbbells and pretty extensive floor exercises and still can’t get rid of my spare tire. 🤦♂️ This will be a daily routine from here on. I have been seriously dieting for about 3 1/2 months and the 2 months of exercises and have lost 52 pounds.🎉 Everything is natural foods which wasn’t easy for the first month but isn’t a problem now. “ I WILL LOSE THE SPARE TIRE AROUND MY WAISTLINE. “

Excellent exercise routines and especially the first one. I do it almost everyday using the Bas Rutten O2 Trainer as I breath in and out with my muscle contracting and what a difference It makes not only on my breathing pulmonary exercise, but inner core transverse abdominals. Thank you for teaching me how to be so patient and gracious and encouraging to myself… I am trying to take on the beautiful challenge of becoming healthier. Was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis years ago and have had a very extreme case. I am now basing my eating on whole foods and I have stopped taking my immuno suppressant shot once a week… As the inflammation goes down and my energy increases I have thought so many times - what can I really do to exercise now that I have so little muscle mass and endurance due to the past eight years… Dr. Mandel you are a resource of The most important help that I need right now at the beginning of this journey.
