    Yes, it makes sense to reclaim the land back and protect Lagos.

    It is the children of hate, envy and anger aka enemies of Nigeria, that don't like tinubu. We know what part of the country they are from.

    Hi Everybody so we’re happy to share a brief history about a Eko Atlantic City in this video you will show you all how the city started from the Former Bar Beach, Victoria island and how erosion was affecting the land and what the government at the time thought they could do to prevent the Lagos frim being taken over by a Atlantic ocean so we’re going to take you to the process and show you when they started reclaiming the city where they are out there and they did the a brief ceremony where president of former president of United States Bill Clinton visited and joined former president of Nigeria Pres. Jonathan who also visited the city at the time they have reclaimed over 5,000,000 m² of land
    This is a smart mega city known as The Future City of Lagos. You must be part of this beautiful thing.

    Majorly, people are just not happy because of those behind the project.
    You need a Visionaire to build a city and Tinubu provided that.

    The Eko Atlantic City must provide an amazing location within the city to replace the experience the Bar Beach was providing

      That is why they are building the coastal highway. With the coastal highway there will be an abundant view of the beaches along the coastline from VI down all through to Lekki free trade zone and beyond😊

    Pls, will eko Atlantic span across the whole lagos coastline ?

    • @Mr_CondosTV
      @Mr_CondosTV  Před 2 měsíci +3

      Thank you for asking.
      Not really, Eko Atlantic only spans over 10,000,000 sqm of coastline and is protected by an 8.5 km Wall (called the Great Wall of Lagos)
      Which stops somewhere at the tail end of Oniru.
      Hope this helps.

      No brother, but creating the city will help protect Victoria Island and its neighbors like Lekki, Lagos Island and Ikoyi

      @@OluwaseunOjo-bj2zs this I know, and it has to be done fast cos the ocean is already destroying buildings along ajah, even attican beach is almost gone, I just want to know if it will span every beach in lagos, are we going still to have beaches on the island apart from badagry side

    • @OluwaseunOjo-bj2zs
      @OluwaseunOjo-bj2zs Před 2 měsíci

      Unfortunately, the story has been that not allowing the Great Wall to span further ahead means the Atlantic Ocean waves will be redirected to places like you mentioned.
      That is the criticism

    Samuel,
    You guys need to stop trialism
    Warring everything.
    Landmark owners and others encroached on the proposed Coastal Road to build their resorts which they were aware of.
    The main Landmark Event Centre and Towers were built on the proper land and were never demolished.
    Go there and see for yourself. When the business of tourism patronizing boom and attractive, these guys went ahead to build resorts on the Road, thinking as usual the Road might never come, and would take ages for it to come.
    Went ahead bribed the local guys and started building resorts.
    Suddenly, the road came back to plan.
    So who are you blaming for that?
    Kindly get your facts right and look beyond Yoruba and Igbo issues.
    The other owner of the luxury resort next to Landmark resort is a Yoruba Man and his got demolished too and they will get compensated.
    Trust me, think about Nigerians who will benefit from the road, businesses will thrive, families will be closer to each other, jobs will be created, and men & women will be able to put food on their families’ tables.
    Please this is not a one-man effect, it affects all.
    All the best.

    It’s ok to reclaim a land built by an Igbo man by a Lebanese billionaire? If landmark was owned by Dangote of course Lagos state wouldn’t have demolished it.
    It’s becoming obvious that Nigeria state has in enhanced DNA for hatred against Igbos. Facts on ground are indisputable.
