In our cantankerous , rebellious and quarrelsome existence, we rarely stop to look, see and acknowledge the changes around us! Our impatience also means we cannot appreciate that progress...is a process!!| We want everything done yesterday!! Well the truth is there is no end terminal for development!! It remains ( and will remain) an ongoing journey, an ongoing process! Nonetheless, a great number of Nigerians who travel abroad, eventually recognise that there is no heaven on earth anywhere overseas!! And even if there are, very very very few immigrants are allowed wholesomely into such places! Even if the grass is greener on the side, it still needs to be cut!! Increasingly, most western countries are throwing up Far Right political parties who scapegoat foreigners and non white citizens! Not to mention that these countries also have their own serious social problems and shortcomings! Nigeria is the only place that can truly embrace and nurture the soul of Nigerians! We must return to help build our own country! 👊🏾🇳🇬👊🏾🇳🇬!!!

The Great Wall of Lagos is made of Rocks and materials used to protect the shoreline of Eko Atlantic City. Each Rock is over 6.3 feet high and The wall itself is formed by three distinct layers of rocks and accolades. Each layer, a buffer to various possible effects of a wave action. Hundreds of thousands of rocks ranging from half a ton to two tons in weight form the base of the seawall. The Great Wall of Lagos is eight kilometers long, and is being constructed according to the highest standards of marine engineering available in the world. An international team of experts tested its steadiness under the pressure of extreme wave conditions. The wall splits into twelve diverse layers of rock which shaped this huge structure, most of it lies between seven and eleven meters underwater. It is constructed with 100 000 concrete blocks interlocked to structure a strong barrier against the waves, to protect the city from the forces of the ocean. The wall consists of a rock core, a secondary rock armor, a primary concrete armor unit and a foundation layer of rock which supports the concrete crest elements that finally complete the revetment. The Great Wall, taking its shape, rises six meter above the surface of the sea at this stage. Once the wave wall is done, its strong sea resistance barrier will be reinforced with a coat of rocks. The Great Wall of Lagos is a state-of-the-art piece of construction that will bring security to the entire city. The residents of Eko Atlantic City can be reassured and are safe from the ocean and live in peace at all times.
