- The New Phase 4 is part of the 10 Million square meters of reclaimed Atlantic Ocean planned by the Eko Atlantic Team.
At the moment, they have achieved 40% of that section so far and it is right after the New U.S Consulate Office in Phase 3 of the City.
According to the Eko Atlantic City Master Plan, Phase 4 would have more Commercial Activities such as Industrial Activities and a few High Rise Towers etc

@@youme1414 What is our business with what other countries are doing. EAC is just a development area like any other in the state. Land owners decide when they will build. This is not a government project nor an estate development.
It is my ambition to own the tallest building in Eko Atlantic City.

Well given the impressive view in the video, many will say why not? It doesn't make sense one bit that the waterfront contraption put up by Landmark be allowed to stand in the way of the plans for the future city of Lagos that we see emerging before us. Good riddance, Landmark's shanty.

There is no fence between the phases.
The fence you are probably seeing is the one that separates the city from Lagos - Calabar Road.
It separates the city from the coastal road not in the city

Yes, we live in Lagos Sir.
For the project timeline, Phase 4, will take another 2 years to fully reclaimed and assigned.
For other phases like Phase 1, they have 4 completed Towers that people have moved in for living and offices.
Phase 2 - has 3-4 upcoming Towers at various stages.
Phase 3- has a dedicated area called the Avenues District where private individuals can build their private Homes. Also in this phase 3, this is where the New U.S Consulate Office is coming up.
