You got a great artist in your cameraman. Seems like its a decent quality of production with scene transitions from local wildlife, to the scenery without missing the main cooking part.
Makes you feel Mongolian winter and wilderness even when watching from Australia in Summer.
thats awesome
The same happens to me here in Costa Rica 🇨🇷

So we just gonna ignore the fact that the dude got a secret compartment for his chopsticks?
Mow degrasse Tyson it is not a secret at all. Chopsticks were invented because it was easy to carry around for nomads
And it is not a secret compartment just a horse whip lol
All your videos and recipes are amazing. I'm really glad I discovered this channel hahaha. Much love from Romania 🇷🇴❤️🇲🇳

This is my fathers favorite! fried carrot looks like a decent side dish.! This may look plain, but man, its such a simple yet hearty meal! And also ghee is not essential and not strictly necessary i think. My mother never used it in her version. Could be great, however.
Welcome to Mongolia
The final song is beautiful
Bayasaa my good man... Always such wonderfully made dishes of food. I am never disappointed with anything you prepare. All looks so delicious. As for the chop sticks... I Can't eat without them. It's my main tools for eating. I like how you have yours in a special case.

Красиво снято...
Yummy
I'm curious about those chives; are they pickled? Here in England chives are almost always bought fresh. They're occasionally found dried but I've never seen them in a jar like that.
I very like

Ассаламалейкум! Сапоги 👍👍
Is there ghee in mongolia too.
I thought they r used only in india
Basically he prepared gajar ka halwa. .
Yes. We do.
I am Mongolian i always use ghee
If you add sugar to the carrots, milk, ghee and cream, that becomes a famous indian dessert called gajar ka halwa or sweet creamy carrot fudge
I love India!
Oh my godo. Mongolian people have ghee too? Awesome. I saw one video everything was dairy influenced and i liked it so much because here in north India too we have many dairy products
"Homemade cheese" 😍
That recipe with carrot is more or less like gajar ka halwa..😆😆

Sucks being lactose intolerant or gluten intolerant in Mongolia
No problem, you can still eat sheep heads
That can't happen if the bloodlines are pure
😂😂😂
TheAnimesongster3 haven’t met Mongolian with lactose intolerance, cuz we should be customized to that since our ancestors used it from long time ago

Pork is one of the best meat to taste especially pork belly.
Vegetarian whaaaatttttt€:
My race is mongolian
Serious question: what vegetables do Mongolians traditionally grow? I thought life on the steppes would make farming difficult.
Cabbage, Carrots, Garlic and (Spring) Onions
Tomato potato carrot all cabbage onions and garlic except some of unique vegetable like broccoli pumpkin etc
Artemisia selengensis and Allium mongolicum. I hope the scientific names won't bother you.
They probably grow by hydroponics system in gers.
Vegetables are only available a few months out of the year. And not in large enough quantities to make up a significant part of diet.
i will make this carrot to eat with my oatmeal
Why does he still have a record player
Because it brings memory back for many of us.

Actually, Mongolians are half Vegetarian. Most of Mongolians don't eat meat in the summertime only eat dairy products, when getting colder we eat meat when getting colder, but now most city people eat meat in 4 season
But what are your native edible plant species?

Why don’t you try instead of assuming such thing.
Does mongolian people uses chopstick too?
Nowadays yes :)
Traditionally, yes we used chopstick for 1000s years.
Сүүн хоол ч амттай шүү
I deeply doubt they used Olive Oil back in a day
Probably some type of animal fat like beef or lamb.
its just ad substitute in modern day. mostly mongolians use ghee that oil from milk
Ok I wasn’t expecting anything else because in all honesty the only dish that can be vegetarian is tsuven or budatai khuurig.
