    You got a great artist in your cameraman. Seems like its a decent quality of production with scene transitions from local wildlife, to the scenery without missing the main cooking part.
    Makes you feel Mongolian winter and wilderness even when watching from Australia in Summer.

    This is my fathers favorite! fried carrot looks like a decent side dish.! This may look plain, but man, its such a simple yet hearty meal! And also ghee is not essential and not strictly necessary i think. My mother never used it in her version. Could be great, however.

    Bayasaa my good man... Always such wonderfully made dishes of food. I am never disappointed with anything you prepare. All looks so delicious. As for the chop sticks... I Can't eat without them. It's my main tools for eating. I like how you have yours in a special case.

    I'm curious about those chives; are they pickled? Here in England chives are almost always bought fresh. They're occasionally found dried but I've never seen them in a jar like that.
