WarPaint 47 dude, i used to work at a wing place here in D.C and my manager brought her sister from Mongolia which is Shaman. And she told to my manager, this places have very powerful spirits Bear, Eagle, n stuff. I don’t remember it all but it was nice to hear how she can sense it.

Most man carry their own knife (one) in the country side or if travelling to country side. Think of it as the swiss army knife for Mongolian man, it is used for prepping, cooking and eating among other things. Imagine you visit a family in the middle of knowhere and they just brought out Khorkhog (Mongolian BBQ) or boiled meat and there are plenty of guests, do you think the family will have cutlery for everyone, and if you wait for someones cutlery you will miss out on the goodies. Hence it is important as a man to carry your own knife.
