I can't think of a more badass way to cook lunch. Something meditative about the way Chef Baysaa does it.
One of my dad's favorite dishes is grilled fish.
Have never tried to grill only with sticks but it looks so delicious.
Love how Mongolian people use all resources and all parts of the animal.
It is the ultimate respect towards the animals that give us nourishment.
This is how our ancestors cooked. And there was not one of them being bratty and saying that they are "vegan".
We ate what was placed in front of us and we thanked the Creator and our parents for providing.
We were not ungrateful little shits saying we are veggie or vegan.
