In Arizona, it’s not very common to find a home with a basement. But in today’s video, I’m giving you a tour of a luxury home in Queen Creek with a basement that’s been turned into a private movie theater.

Today we’re about 40 minutes outside of Phoenix in one of Queen Creek’s newest neighborhoods called Caleda by Toll Brothers.
Homes at Caleda by Toll Brothers range from about 2,700 sq ft to 3,500 sq ft. Prices start around $805 thousand dollars.
The specific home we’re touring today is called the Fiora Model. This home has 5 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms, a 3-car garage, and about 2,900 square feet of living space.

These videos with the music. Remind me of the good old days when I used to walk with my parents up to the toll brothers houses take tours in reno nevada.
I believe this was back in 2005. When I I was completely shocked and I was hoping My parents would buy that house but they didn't end up doing it.
Instead of going for something lavish they decided instead they were gonna go for something smaller and more cozy.
They had sold their house for just under a million and my dad had a lot in the bank. My mom almost convinced him to get a told brother's house with a downstairs basement (my brother and i also begged him) and my hopes and dreams were crushed when they decided not To do it.
Toll Brothers have some of the most beautiful homes and amazing designs but they wull always be the most popular for their downstairs basement houses that are so shocking when you see them

Anyone know of a basement home builder in the Queen Creek area with NO HOA? None whatsoever?
There's no room for a iron storage in most laundry rooms.
I know I have that same problem in my home. Many of these Toll Brothers homes have plenty of room though, these laundry rooms a huge! I toured a home a few months back that had a built-in fold-up ironing board and it was very convenient! Just adding to my wishlist for my next home 😅

How much is this specific model home? $1.6M?
The builders rarely share the exact price of the model homes until they are ready to be sold. I’d say it’s safe to say this one is probably in the neighborhood of $1.4M to $1.6M.
@@BrandyAguirreAZ anyway now there is nothing below 1 milion and more even a shed and in the million is the magic number of 2022.😆
@@mikeblack3657 maybe not for these brand new Toll Brothers homes but the market has shifted and there are lots of beautiful homes in the $500k - $1M range now in the resale market. Definitely wasn’t the case earlier this year.

It’s $249 paid quarterly

@@superzee172 yeah, I hear you. That’s a hard find. What’s your budget? I know of 3 homes in QC that meet those requirements and they range from $850k - $1.5M.
