Caleda by Toll Brothers | Modern Farmhouse Tour

Today I’m headed to one of Queen Creek’s newest neighborhoods called Caleda by Toll Brothers and in this video, I’m giving you a tour of a Modern Luxury Farmhouse with one of the most unique swimming pools I’ve ever seen.

The home we’re seeing today is the Triana model inside Queen Creek’s newest neighborhood called Caleda by Toll Brothers. This home has 3 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms, an office, a 3-car garage, and it’s about 3,300 square feet.
Caleda by Toll Brothers is a gated community with homesites up to half an acre in size. The floorplans range from 2,698 to 3,524 square feet, 3 to 6 bedrooms, up to 6 bathrooms, a 3 to 4 car garage, and most of the floor plans here offer an optional basement or casita.
The price for this specific model, the Triana, starts around $900k and goes up in price depending on the design features you add. This typically adds about 20% to 30% to the base price. The price also goes up depending on any lot premiums and these can range between $2,500 and $60,000 in this neighborhood. Also, if you decide to add a casita or a basement, this can add between $250k and $400k.

What is the total price of home with everything i see in this floor plan?

This is a new build model home. The builder wouldn’t give an exact price but said likely somewhere between $1,080,000 - $1.2M. I don’t think this model is ready to be sold yet though. They are quoting about 12 months build time in this neighborhood if you start from scratch but they do have a move-in ready home in a different floor plan available now. That one is priced at $995k.

Does HOA exceed $100 a month?

Yes. The HOA fee is $693 quarterly which comes to $231 per month.
