I thought this home was beautiful! What do you think about the wood color trim in the doorways? I thought that was unique.
Love the RV garage. What size lot can accommodate the RV garage?
Thanks for watching! The homesites at Bridle Ranch are pretty spacious. They vary from about 13k sq ft to 20k sq ft and most of them are able to accommodate an RV garage.
What’s the price of this beautiful home?
This is a new build home. Prices start around $1M to build and go up on price depending on features you add. The average added cost for features when building is about 20% of the starting price.
I have three kids, and I hate the prevalence of Jack and Jill bathroom solutions in the southwest. I really wish there were more homes with full en-suite rooms. I keep looking but it looks like I'll have to go with a new custom built home.
Check out my videos of the Barney Farms neighborhood in Queen Creek. Fulton Homes offers excellent options for customizing their floor plans. Many of their floor plans are able to have bathrooms for all bedrooms. Many Toll Brother homes have this too. If you’re in the market for a new home I’d be happy to help.

I’m not sure if it’s still available but I’m happy to check on it for you tomorrow! When I toured the home the models were not being sold yet and they would not share the exact price with all included, just that typically the added cost is 20-30% of the base price.

I called and confirmed that these models are not yet for sale. They may not come up for sale for another year or so as the other available lots are sold first.
