- Join me as I take you on a luxury home tour in Queen Creek, Arizona. This modern home is located in Whitewing at Whisper Ranch, about 40 minutes away from Phoenix, Arizona and was built by Toll Brothers. This home features a beautiful interior courtyard that brings plenty of natural light inside.
Whitewing at Whisper Ranch is an exclusive gated community in Queen Creek, Arizona. As you enter the neighborhood you catch a glimpse of San Tan Regional Mountain Park. You’re only about 10 minutes away from some excellent outdoor recreation such as hiking, biking, and horseback riding.
Lot sizes at Whitewing at Whisper Ranch are pretty generous, starting around half acre with some lots larger than a full acre. Home sizes vary starting around 3400 sq ft up to just under 5,000 sq ft. Prices start just above $1M.

Finally a one story home with enough space that I'd consider it. At a certain age two level homes tend to be exhausting.
I know what you mean! Two level homes serve a purpose but man, they are a chore! We’re in a two story now but my next home has to be single level.

Nice to see arizona design. I can cull some design ideas. Live in Las Vegas, and want to integrate some Arizona desert sw design. The primary is out of this world. This is elegant.
This is still my all time favorite home. I just love the modern design!
@@BrandyAguirreAZ Nice to see Toll Bros changes the design vocabulary to reflect regional differences. There are some commonalities between TB designs in Las Vegas and in these in the Phoenix area. There must be a minimum of 800K in upgrades here. I can see some light differences between Las Vegas and Phoenix, meaning the intensity of light is different.

I agree! It’s stunning! I’m sorry I can’t give you a firm answer on this. I called the sales office and the design center several times over the past few days trying to get a specific answer for you but I can’t get a timely response. My best guess is a polished porcelain tile but it’s totally a guess. Whatever it is, it’s gorgeous!
Hello I want to inquire from you I want to buy a house in Arizona
These homes don’t look like this when you buy one. All of these are upgrades. By the time you put in a pool, upgrade the interior and furnishings, to look like this model home today “ 2022” you would over 3 million dollars.
You’re right! But that’s the case with all new build model homes. This one in particular ended up selling for $2.6M when it was all said and done. 😬
