The story of my ironman debut at Ironman Copenhagen 2021. This was the culmination of a 18 months journey of an average amateur with no special talent but lots of motivation and discipline!

Fabulous debrief - firstly congratulations on such a huge accomplishment. Amazing! I could literally sense your pride and joy as you re-told the days events - I don't about you having goosebumps - it brought a tear to my eye! I am signed up for Copenhagen next year as my first IM - I just hope my experience brings as much joy as yours did. Again, well done!

You are an Ironman! Well done! Ironman Copenhagen 2021 was also my first Ironman race. We actually had same color's swim cap :) And nowI am trying to purchase Canyon Speedmax cf 8.0 as my first TT bike. Thanks for sharing your story and great information! Hope to see you in next Ironman! from Japan

I did this IM back in 2017 and 19 And I can see I mannaged to beat you by like 3 min hehe =) .. But this story realy is realy 90% identical as my run .. GL in the future .. =)
