HOW TO MAKE GHANA SARDINE STEW?🇬🇭

Hello everyone, welcome back to Mrsdrewry's food channel, let's make a very delicious Ghana-style sardine stew with boiled eggs! This stew smells amazingly good, enjoy it with rice or even boiled yam! thanks for watching x
Ingredients:
2 sliced medium onions
blended: 1,4kg mini plum tomatoes or about 11-12 big size fresh tomatoes, 2 large pieces of ginger, 1 XL onion, 10 garlic cloves, 4-5 scotch bonnet peppers with 1/2 cup water
200gr tomato paste
3X sardines il sunflower oil
3X sardines in tomato sauce
optional: 1 mackerel in tomato sauce
seasoning
Caribbean curry powder to your taste
food seasoning (Maggi ) to your taste
smoked paprika to your taste
salt to your taste (optional)
boiled eggs
