Perfect Egg Stew With Boiled Yam | Delicious!

- Ingredients:
1 tuber of yam
9 eggs or less
1 smoked mackerel (optional)
2 scallions/ green onions (optional)
1 red onion
1 redbell pepper
2 scotch bonnet peppers or to your taste
7-8 tomato plums
1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1chiken season cube or 1tsp chiken season powder.
1/4 cup of any oil of your choice- i used light olive oil.
Salt to your taste.

Nne I love the smoked mackerel added to that beautiful looking stew! The eggs caked perfectly after extra 6-7 minutes. Nne perfection and sooo mouth watery love the scallions added yuuum. ❤️😋What a coincidence I made similar dish oo. Was about to share on my community 🤣🤣

1. Why so many ingredients? Which flavor are we to enjoy now? Different peppers, smoked mackerel fish. You still add garlic and Maggie cubes after putting curry and thyme? Perhaps you should do another video and teach us why each those ingredients should be added.
2. What’s the role of the scallions ls?

My fiance thought some lady came and did the cooking until my friends told her that if they didnt see me dice the tomatos and prepped the ingredients as if i knew what i was doing, they wouldnt have believed it, they told her i did it before their eyes.
