TASTY GHANA CABBAGE STEW & SMOKED MACKEREL RECIPE

Hello everyone, welcome back to Mrsdrewryfood Channel, lets make a very delicious Ghana-style cabbage stew with chunks of smoked mackerel! very easy and quick to prepare, thanks for watching!
INGREDIENTS:
2 large sliced onions
1 cup oil
blend: 8 garlic cloves, 2 scotch bonnets, 2 large pieces of ginger, 1 med onion with 1 cup of water
200gr tomato paste
2 cans plum tomatoes
1tbsp all-purpose seasoning
1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
1tsp curry
1 tsp food seasoning
salt to taste
1 tsp badia complete seasoning
2 med-size cabbage
6 large carrots
1 smoked mackerel
2 cans of sardines in tomato sauce
1tbsp smoked crayfish seasoning
boiled eggs
spring onions
