The fact that it doesn't look like a plate carrier (suicide vest) is exactly the reason why I'm interested in this.

Thanks for the review, I was looking for something to wear during work. Looks like it'll fit under a shirt/jacked.

Hey AMRAP great video. The only problem is that I'm looking for a heavier vest. Do you you think the MIR Pro is a good option? Do you know a better option?

Hey man I saw your nano 8 review and I'm planning to buy them online.
The only doubt I have is that on the official rebook site its mentioned only size not in( UK or us) so could you please let me know what standards those numbers are in.
I buy shoes with euro 44 fit.
    Thanks and appreciate your work!

This is the closest thing I could find to gokus weighted cloths

If you got $4k then you can get a tungsten vest which is heavier and thinner than it's steel counterpart

Joel, what brand knee sleeves do you recommend? I'm around 5 8 and weigh around 160lbs. Was planning to use it for both crossfit and jiu jitsu

Go for the Rogue 5mm sleeves...good all arounders.

Not sure I like the idea of the end of the lacing hanging down; that could hook or snag on something in the gym, or a branch on a trail in the woods.... I suppose it could be tucked under or something

Is the vest appropriate for women?

My son has been using his regularly. But now OMG...stinky! How to clean these? Remove all the weights and wash by hand? Or leave weights in and wash by hand in the tub? You need to do a video on how to clean these!

Wearing a weighted vest but doing kipping pull ups seems a little silly.

On amazon I picked up the older version, on sale for $120. Down from the standard price of about $170.

@As Many Reviews As Possible to piggy back off this question. I'm 5'9.5 195lbs. West large t shirts. Better to have medium and be tight or large and having to tighten to me? I've flexed my weight from 205 to 175 but mainly stay 185- 195.

How is it on the shoulders? Since plate carriers usually have that mesh padding. Or is this one so snug that its less taxing on the shoulders?

    • @AMRAP
      @AMRAP  Před 5 lety +2

This one has shoulder cushioning as well and it's very comfortable. I did murph shirtless with no irritation.
