    Thank you so much! This is a fantastic review comparing the different options. I especially appreciate you showing the differences between each vest. How you explained why you wouldn't necessarily need a larger size and why you would consider one, i.e. showing where each vest should hit on the hips so it doesn't limit activities:)

      @thejenniferdiamond  Před měsícem +1

      These vests are very comfortable in terms of larger breasts. I really think the best way to choose is to try them on and wear them for a few days to see what feels the best for you and your body. I also think that depending on where you live the material might matter as some are hotter than others. I would love to hear what you decide to go with and your thoughts about it if you'd like. I hope that helps. Kindly Jennifer

    I've been using heavy duty backpack with weights in it. The weights are the same plates you put on a barbell. Then.... I walk up and down all the stairs in my house. I increased the number of reps and amount of weight gradually.

    • @thejenniferdiamond
      @thejenniferdiamond  Před 3 měsíci +1

      That sounds amazing and impressive! Thank you for sharing this easy and cost effective method. BTW, I am wondering how much weight you started with and where you are now? Is there a goal in mind for doing this? Is osteoporosis an issue? Thank you for your comment! 🤩

    • @barneyfyfe8313
      @barneyfyfe8313 Před 3 měsíci +1

      @@thejenniferdiamond I started with no weight. Once I got up to 20+ laps it became boring. I added 10 pounds and stuck with that until I could manage 15+ laps. Now I'm up to 30 pounds and 6 laps. 25 steps up, 25 down. BTW I'm male, almost 70 yrs old. I do find the 30 pounds requires hiking boots rather than running shoes. I was more concerned about building stamina (wind) rather than bone density. With tendonitis in one foot and a neuroma in the other I shy away from trying to actually jog/run. My goal? More energy. I bet that vest you showed is more comfortable than the backpack since it's better balanced than having all the weight in the back.

    • @thejenniferdiamond
      @thejenniferdiamond  Před 3 měsíci +1

      WOW! That is even more impressive! I think it is a safer way to go wearing hiking boots than running shoes although I never thought of that. Do you find that having the weight helps with more energy? Maybe you get tired more easily? I haven't tried your way with the backpack, but my vests are comfortable and it is really nice to have the weight evenly distributed. Thanks for sharing and I hope you are eating your greens! Thank you for your comment. I appreciate it very much.

      @@thejenniferdiamond The weights strengthen your legs. When you go up the stairs later on without the weight it feels really easy. I think any weighted exercise gives you more energy.... if you allow your body time to recover in between workouts. Otherwise the muscles will actually feel weaker.

    • @thejenniferdiamond
      @thejenniferdiamond  Před 3 měsíci +1

      @@barneyfyfe8313 That makes so much sense. When I walk with the ankle weights and then remove them my legs feel like they could float. 🤣Thanks for sharing.

    Which one would be your favourite of the 3 you showed us? The first one says its made for women, whilst the other two are unisex. Do you feel that the one made specifically for women would be better for women or do you feel that unisex is as comparable for womens use? Many thanks for yoru feedback.

    • @thejenniferdiamond
      @thejenniferdiamond  Před 3 měsíci +1

      Hi!👋 The one for women just has the weights below the breast and the others the weights go higher. It was tough to decide as they all had pros and cons. I think any of these would be amazing.I think it should be based on your needs (do you want the weights higher?) I also think the material is important because I live were it is so warm. Ultimately, I think you cant go wrong with any of these but I have been enjoying the light colored one for me the best. It was hard. The woman's vest I loved but the material on the top where there is no weight was quick to catch and pull so that was why I passed on it but it was so, so comfortable. I hope that helps. Please let me know if you decide to try these and what your thoughts are. Kindly and with strong bones Jennifer 👍💪🤗

      @anonone4419 Před 2 měsíci +1

      Thank you so much for your response. ❤appreciate it alot. I haven't tried any yet, but wanted to know your opinion, because I want to invest in one and was thinking either the one design for women or the light grey one. Material is important for me and not so bulky. I might go the light grey one then. Does the weights on the light grey one over the chest area ever rubbed over your chest and make it uncomfortable? I'm thinking maybe that's why they made a womens version for this reason? I do prefer an evenly distributed weight over just concentrated below area. But I'm also worried about the weights rubbing against the breast and chest bone. I have a Boney chest and a bit wary of the rubbing.

    • @thejenniferdiamond
      @thejenniferdiamond  Před 2 měsíci +1

      @@anonone4419 It's hard to say how it will feel on you. For me I ended up keeping the gray one and I dont have any issues with rubbing on my chest. I did notice on a different one that if it was adjusted too snuggly it felt a bit tight on one side of my chest where the collar bone met the top of the vest. I hope you enjoy one if you end up purchasing one. I would love for you to share your experience with me. If you use any of my links in the comment portion of the video I will get credit and it won't change anything for you. Regardless, I hope you find the right fit for you.
