I had the exact same thing happen at cobb lake last year after turning onto the dirt section. I'm pretty sure it was in crash mode and enough clicking the shifters got it working again ha. I think you are supposed to hold the button on the junction for 5 seconds to get out of it if it happens again!
great finish. bummer about that gap as you otherwise would have been contesting the win!

I think if you jumped instant you would be on the first 3 guys wheel when you come out of the corner but you I understand that you’re legs are kinda fried at that point great race !

The crazy part about watching semi/pro's is how fast they go. When I lay down everything I got, standing and sprinting I can maybe hit 40-45kph. These guys do it sitting down :/

    Tailgunners unite! ✌

tail gunning to save watts is not worth it in my experience. You'll find yourself behind gaps that you don't know exist and you might find yourself being pulled from the race because you're off the back (worst case scenario). Also the front of the race is smoother. you'll be forced to hit the brakes in the corners and sprint out of it the further away you are from the front. Meanwhile the front of the race is single file with a smoother speed. NorCal cycling has good examples in his videos. 3rd place! I can't believe those guys stood up at the end. keep up the good work man!

I don’t do it often but it depends on the flow of the race. With this being Stage 4, I knew how everyone was riding so it made it easier to keep things smooth and use less power 👍🏼
