25 Minute Pilates & Barre Inspired Mat Workout with Ball | Inner Thighs | Core | Glutes

  • Grab a a small ball or something squishy and a mat. Roll up a bath towel or use a small pillow if you don't have a ball. This workout will focus on the inner thighs, core, and booty. Barre and pilates inspired. 25 minutes of continuous work. Please double or triple roll your mat up to provide more cushion to your hip if you experience any discomfort laying on your side. No cardio. Low impact, low resistance, high burn.

    Loved this one Larie!! I used my 6lb weighted toning ball for this and it was 🔥🔥!! Especially the end for the abs! I had to modify the leg lifts toward the last part!! 😵😅 Great moves great burn!! Thanks girl!

    Love this workout and also would like to see more if possible. Definitely felt the burn, but not super sore like when I do weights. This is my Larie workout week and am enjoying new workout routines. Thank you Moe

      I’ll have to make more soon. I incorporate it during some other workouts, but haven’t done a solo one in a while!

    Great workout so strong! check our band that holds the ball in position where you want it! No roll and more core activation.

    Lol, another one humorous "that what she said'' joke lmao!)))) I used my big fit ball for this one. It was slightly awkward for bicycle move, but otherwise I feel it was even better and tougher for all these squeezes, pulses and lower abs moves. Great burn indeed!

    Added this one on to a 25 minute HIIT Barre workout. The one was pretty burning 😊 and I truly enjoyed it but when doing I was feeling I needed something more dynamic😊. Thanks, Larie!

    Thanks Larie! I liked your idea of your knee/arm ball hold while the opposite leg was lifting and lowering. I didn't comment the other day but your adv abdominals kicked my abs too. I needed that inner arch extended tap following the figure 4 crunch. It burned so good.👐👐👐
