Dentaa, this was a brilliant conversation and I was really impressed with the lady who runs the Hotel.
She has what it takes to fix an African country and I hope she can think about running for office soon in the motherland.
She has so much to offer society.

I think dentaa should interview politicians and questions them what they have in stored for these brilliant minds moving to Ghana because they are the ones going to build Ghana. Because they have the CV'S, exposure and expertise. Unfortunately almost all our politicians are local breeds and are only interested in making political party decisions.

Sixties and seventies ghana bus system was the same as what we see in the Europe and America today, especially those of us who were born in tema and Accra, we had pay phone boot on the street, we were paying bus fair just as it done in the west, but bad governance changed and set Ghana back

    • @IvyProsper

Ghana has the Metro Mass bus and the Aayololo bus. That could have transformed the system. But poor maintenance culture has left half the buses broken and no longer in use. It's terrible.

Trust me when I say there are people who are not scared to make the move. Perhaps they're just being wise before doing so. So yes, the courage is there and God knows all too well, the heart of a human; especially the first born.
Amazes me how so many people did this off their own backs in such a short space of time. I'm aiming for 6mths in the UK and 6mths in Africa. The creative aspects alone would be phenomenal, fusion.

I think that people who don't travel or refuse to travel on a trotro, are stuck up, you travel by public transport in the west, is it because you don't want to be next to people who look like you? I keep hearing these stories all the time and it bothers me, I am Jamaican and I travel by trotro daily, it reminds me of Jamaica, I love it and call myself the Trotro Queen!!!! Nuttn nuh wrong!!!! 🇬🇭 🇯🇲
