I feel so bad for Adrien. No one should have to go through all this. He deserves all the happiness in his life.
Theory: In the episode chat blanc, Adrien finds out her identity first. In ephemeral, Marinette found out his identity first.
SO MAYBE.. season 5 they find out their identities at the same time???
A few things to note about this episode, Adrien has always maintained a split in his personalities, where he is either seen as the perfect Adrien or the imperfect cat noir. After learning Adrien is cat noir, Marinette had a hard time accepting they were the same person, after all, she only ever saw one side to him just like everyone else did, but after getting to know Adrien, after he revealed his identity, Marinette realized she was always in love with both Adrien and cat noir, because they were always one and the same
The reason Adrien was so quick to accept Marinette being ladybug is because he had already suspected her to be ladybug. Despite the events of "kwamibuster" where ladybug tricked him into seeing both ladybug and Marinette together, that thought never left his mind, and considering Adrien is now aware of the powers of the other miraculous, it was clear he understood ladybug tricked him with the power of another miraculous that day they fought kwamibuster. In addition, the series had always presented Adrien slowly falling for Marinette, these emotions become the most clear in season 4 where Adrien expresses interest in Marinette's various traits and explains how he finds them very charming, even her extremely clumsy nature. As for how Gabriel figured out Adrien was cat noir from him just saying the words "my lady", keep in mind that Gabriel had already suspected Adrien of being cat noir way back in "Gorizilla, and sure, cat noir might have tricked him into thinking otherwise with the aid of Wayhem, but that suspicion Gabriel had of Adrien never disappeared, it was still there and it finally resurfaced when he heard Adrien speak the only set of words he would hear cat noir say over and over and over again, "My lady", after that, all the dots finally connected, the suspicion of the ring, why Adrien was able to escape his room without others noticing, why cat noir knew about the mansions high level security system etc etc..
the reason Ladybug and Cat noir needed to fix the time on the satellite was to disrupt and repair the damage Sass caused to the worlds time, her miraculous ladybug handled the rest of the damage.
its sad, because no matter who's identity is revealed or discovered first, Adrien and Marinette will always find their way to each other and it will always end in tragedy for not just them, but for all of Paris due to the simple fact that Hawkmoth is still Adrien''s dad.
And adriens dad will always be a traitor

Yess, this episode was crazy just by looking at the third picture it is giving vibes of what the fandom was feeling like watching the trailer but it wasn't as good because it got spoiled so much that it ruined the episode for me

The tragedy of this episode is that it demonstrates that Ladynoir is viable as both a civilian couple and a superhero team, despite some initial awkwardness. It shows what would be, should be, and could be... except for Gabriel's ability to manipulate his son emotionally and/or supernaturally.
Like "Chat Blanc" before it, Adrien got hit with a one-two punch of revelations that were too much for him to handle. Either of them alone--that his mother's been dead or comatose in the basement this whole time, or that his beloved father is the supervillain who keeps tormenting the city--would be a wallop, but Adrien might be able to handle it after a while. Both at once? Go directly to akumatization, do not pass "Go", do not collect 200 euros.
Then we've got the innocent, or not so innocent bystanders. We see Plagg and Tikki, who want their masters' happiness but know that this development can't end well. Then there's Luka, who knows LB and CN's identities already, and still wants happiness for Marinette in spite of it all... only to discover that if they get what they want, it ends the world.
This episode is an emotional rollercoaster and was absolutely epic

this episode sparked a good deal of disillusionment in the fandom, because it had been teased for literal years as ‘the most important, can’t-miss episode of the entire series’, and then that turned out to be entirely untrue because everything was reset at the end! at least with “Cat Blanc”, Ladybug remembered what happened, and her trauma has been affecting her actions this season. but this time nobody at all remembers!
that said…i do enjoy the more ‘down-to-earth’ approach they took with the reveal in this one. it felt so natural. though i do hate that Ladybug initially thought the prospect of Adrien being Cat Noir so (utterly) ridiculous that she laughed!
about Su-Han…this is the first time we’ve seen him since “Furious Fu”, and the episode serves no purpose. see, i’m waiting for Su-Han to actually do something important, because if he doesn’t, “Furious Fu” also serves no purpose. and so far he has remained totally useless, but considering the last scene of S4, i’m thinking that will change…
also, this is the first time the events of “Wishmaker” have been addressed, and so far, the only. another thing i sincerely hope plays a more important role at a future point.
also, i just remembered, you said you don’t know what ‘ephemeral’ means. it means ‘lasting a short time’ - basically a fancy-pants way to say ‘fleeting’. a bizarre, but effective, villain.

I think the only way this *might* could work is if they discover their identities (in separate instances) by accident and keep it secret from each other. And if they DID confess that they knew, then they would have to be super careful and find some way to communicate without Gabriel finding out (A little far fetched, but maybe some form of telekinesis technology).

Like honestly the reveal to hawk moth was so little that it honestly could’ve been overlooked, I mean like many people have nicknames for the person that they care about so the fact that hawk mouth was like oh he’s Chat Noir right away it was a little bit annoying, also the fact that we had a whole episode of Gabriel thinking that Adrian is cat noir and was supposedly prove wrong
I think the reason it’s done this way is because it’s not the official reveal

This episode went exactly the way I thought it would from the moment I learned the plot, and your reaction is exactly why these waste episodes keep happening. Tease the shippers with everything they want to get them squealing with excitement and reel them in, then just take it all away making the whole thing completely pointless

Sentimonsters are no less real than a real human but the only difference is they’re tied to something
That’s why they can be a akumatized
because they have real emotions
If the ladybug sentimonster hadn’t died she wouldn’t be in love with Adrien, so she could’ve fallen in love with cat noir well, the real ladybug lived her own life
The sentimonster would be a permanent lb without a marinette form so technically cat noir would’ve been able to have some kind of version of ladybug fall in love with him
The good thing is that lady bug will find out Adrien is a sentimonsters so he will be protected

The painting of Emily is an homage to a real famous painting of a girl who was unable to have kids
She use the miraculous of the peacock to create a son for her and Gabriel but since the miraculous was damaged, she fell into a coma. It shows lots of clues along the way about Adrien, saying what Natalie’s going through is exactly what his mother went through and that’s why I Felix and Adrien are identical, even if they’re not twins.
@@Luna-TK in the episode evolution season five he asks Emily if she is ready and gives her the peacock miraculous, it’s basically like a honeymoon asking if someone’s ready to have kids with them
Emily couldn’t have been using it for anything else because ladybug and cat noir’s appearance was the first miraculous appearance in France from a long time
Also, have you noticed that the characters always say too perfect or you’re perfect to the sentimonsters and that’s exactly what Gabriel is always saying about Adrien

Hello its your old friend. i know you haven't seen me in a awhile but that because I've been avoiding the episodes again because the love square (since season 3 onwards) and marinette (since season 3 onwards) brings out the worst in me.
I mean season 3 soured my mood on the love square and marinette while glacator 2 ruined the love square and the episode gabriel argeste made me realize why my mood towards marinette soured.
not to mention in lies it gave me hope that marinette won't go after Adrien so that the show can focus on other aspects of the show but didn't and furious fu gave me hope that Adrien/cat noir would get more/better representation but we only got a slight improvement on that compared to season 3.
I know you don't like negativity of any kind but I believe that miraculous is way more than just the love square.
But that aside this episode was middle of the road for me. now things i enjoyed about this episode is seeing what sass power is like without the owner and the scene where she sees adrien as cat noir particularly the part where she's looking at her wall of adrien pics because one of the pics is just luka and adrien then when she sees cat noir it turns the pic into a pic luka and cat noir together

Tbh the ending ruined the entire episode for me and because of that ending this is one of my least favorite episodes
I hated this episode. Also Ladybug saying that Master Su-Han was judging them based on his own fears is just pathetic and hypocritical because she doesn’t want reveal herself to Chat Noir because of her fears.
This episode was a huge disappointment for me and will probably be my least favorite of the entire show. Although I enjoyed the beginning, rest felt rushed. And on the topic of the sentimonster theory, I hope it doesn't turn out to be true cause that would be a huge letdown, but I suppose we'll see when season 5 comes out.
