I would change 3 things:
1) Need a pot filler for the Kitchen
2) That 1st bedroom upstairs needs a Large walk-in closet
3) Add a Pool

I thought the walk-ins in the MB were smaller than the one upstairs! I agree with the pot filler, the pool, and those two extra bedrooms on the 1st floor could add footage to the MB adding to the closets, the bathroom for a freestanding tub, bigger sinks/cabinets, linen closet, larger shower, etc. Of course these are all my wants that go along with the bigger price tags!

I like this house it has a very open feel, one thing I would change is the formal dining area, it just doesn’t look right next to the stairs. Also if you are going to tile in the bathrooms go to the ceilings, at the least it only a couple of rows more. Take care and stay safe

Orlando is affordable to live
The house is beautiful but I wouldn't want my child's bedroom so close to the front door. And the dining room right up next to the stairs. That's very odd. The exterior design not a fan of.
This is just my modest opinion. Why would you place bedrooms at the entrance of a home? I am seeing this more and more often and I don't like it. There should not be bedrooms near the front entrance of the home especially by the front door. I'm not impressed with the closets at all the doors are cheap. I don't understand what's going on with these builders and the Maze you have to go through from the front door to get to the living area. Bedrooms in the front entrance of a home are just not impressive. Always a great showing Joe you do a wonderful job showing the homes.
