Imagine getting delivery or Uber eats. You have to walk out to the gates. Lovely home but I love the homes more in Lake Nona area. I am a little bias because I live close by 😊. I plan to give you a call when I am ready to purchase my dream home in about 2-3 years. I may rent out the home I am in now. It was a new construction and I very much love going to the design center to add additional upgrades to my home. I have been in my home for over 8 years now so I am getting the itch for a new home and to experience that process again. This time, I plan to hire a home interior decorator to help with home decor ideas. I want my next home to be a home I can live in for a while because I hate moving.

Did they take out the pool? When you showed the front-room with furniture in the back of the house, I saw a pool. Without furniture there was no pool?
Stunningly beautiful home. I laughed when you mention my name but you know what I'm going to say , God those awful wire shelvings. I think the only thing that I would change would be some of the lighting fixtures and the wired shelvings but this is a stunning home. As always a beautiful showing. How much are they asking for this home? I'm afraid to find out.

I love the three car garage. Front load and sideload. And I love the walkway going to the entrance. Looks like a beautiful neighborhood. I absolutely love it on the outside.
I would make that a Kaseeta or next GEN suite. And I would add a kitchen. At least a kitchenette. And then that could be the retreat for grandma and grandpa. Basically they can move in and when mom and dad goes to work, they don’t have to drive the kids to grandma‘s house for the day. They could just walk right on through to the house and they’re right there. And like that other house in Wintergarden,, That had the space above the garage, you can have a very connected family where grandma and grandpa could have dinner with you guys almost every single night.
Oh it has that courtyard. It would be really cool to have that. That could be a big front porch where mom and dad could sit during the day getting some fresh air for a little bit. Grandma and grandpa could come out to. That’s like what they do in the house is in Las Vegas. And I think I remember at one time you did a video on a house that had a courtyard like that and I forgot where it was. Either it was in Winter Park or in Wintergarden or Windemere
Look at that grand foyer. Oh that dining room is huge. You can fit a 10 person table.
Just look at the size of that yard. You can put a really nice pool back there complete with waterfalls grottoes and a waterslide maybe. And a hot tub

In California, with all these details, this would easily go for up to $5 million.
It is a beautiful home. But come on Joe, for a $1M it can afford to have better closet/shelving system and nicer hardware/plumbing fixtures. Not a fan of bronze/brass and those dark caramel cabinetry. And where is the pot filler? They should have gone with an open concept floor plan, especially with the great room, dining room and kitchen spaces - too choppy and enclosed.

Very niche market. With the dismal pay and general overall poverty in Florida, very few people can afford anything like this in the Sunshine state.

Nice home but there's no way I'm going to purchase a home for a million bucks with no pool. I wouldn't even pay $900,000 for this home. Go to Boca Raton with that money and you'll fine better homes with a beautiful pool that gives you more for your money.
Every house that you show is for upper class viewers, there is no homes here for middle class people.
Bargain.
Price is up there, but really good for Orlando.
