All the bedrooms are a great size for this model to be a first floor home and the kitchen is awesome and I’m not a fan of the electric stovetop but the homes you show me are definitely changing my mind along with the beautiful backyard and Master Bedroom the loft blew me away..... Superb tour!! I think you should give some classes to other realtors. I was wondering when they finally do, and they have the garage space as the sales office, do they ever let you keep it as is versus converting it to a garage? Thanks! Also one of the best floor plans for a 1 story imo! loved the space by the 2 bedrooms. The more flex spaces the better!

A bedroom right by the entrance of the home? Why would you put a bedroom at the front entrance of the home? And I don't like the feeling of walking into a maze. I don't understand these new builders. Joe you do a beautiful job showing any home, as always. This is just my opinion. I am not into bedrooms being at the entrance of the home. I would hate to be the family member or the guests staying at the house and being offered the bedroom by the entrance of the home.
