This home is stunning. Beautifully designed and oh that beautiful master closet. Smart Builder putting California Closets in a stunning home. No the pantry is situated very oddly. Very small and not much shelving. But overall I wouldn't change a thing the design of this house is absolutely stunning. Great job by the Builder. And please let me not forget the pool, just stunning. Great job Joe showing this home as always. This one's a winner.

I think the house looks impeccable, with clean lines and a lovely interior design. There are a few things that I would change around but not many. On of them is the back garden, the pool, although it’s very nice with the double tier jacuzzi, it’s way too close to the house, even if it complies with regs. It’s very nice to see a builder doing the bathroom right for a change and the fact that the downstairs master has direct access to the laundry is great. Great tour, and a lovely view. Beautiful home. As others have commented, the pantry deep, but minimal shelving. Found it odd unless I missed it, no linen closet in the master baths. On the first floor master, that closet has ample shelving to use one area for linen and towels. But the second floor master did not. Fabulous having 2 laundry rooms. But all in all, lovely home.

Still I want that river rock looking feature wall. Oh my goodness it has a cabana bath. That is awesome. Especially if you’re going to put in a pool and people won’t have to walk through the house getting all the floors wet when they go to the bathroom.

Yes, it would make sense to have one since it's right off the lanai. Put it in the corner where the table and chairs are.

Or maybe because the pool is soo close to the house, they feared someone would walk out too fast and fall straight into the pool. 🤔
