Like so many have said, beautiful home. Homes this large should have equal beds and bath. The pool bath is perfectly located so ppl are not walking wet through your home to a mid or front located 1/2 bath. Glad there’s the 1/2 bath for the dry guests🤗. And my only other critique is why do they put the sinks on the outer island. The sink and dishwasher should be on the inner island right across from the stove. Why walk with dirty pots to the furthest island? Other than that, lovely home.
Gorgeous house. But the sink and dishwasher are on the wrong island, especially without a pot filler.

The only thing this house needs is 2 more baths. There's many bedrooms sharing 1 bath. The full bath downstairs should be upstairs. There will be a lot of people making line to use 1 bath.
I'm going to have to agree, there should be at least 4.5 baths. I would also suggest making this a 3 car wide garage. great comments! have an amazing Sunday!

The best part of this luxurios and gorgeous home is the kitchen which has been done beautifully.
Hello Joe, Wow another house to fall in love with. Looking ahead and into the garden, everywhere I look at water. It's awesome!!! The interior is in no way inferior. The formal dining and the office, followed by this wonderful airy main room with the kitchen ... just great !!! And despite the size, it looks more than cozy. The backjard area with the pool has a nice size and of course the view of the lake. The two master bedrooms are great, the 3 other rooms complete the whole. What would be great is a balcony on the loft and a small balcony above the entrance, the space is there to enjoy the view. Joe, thanks for the great video and have a nice Sunday. A major complaint I have with this home (and also my current home) is the narrow front door. It has made life tough for my movers and furniture and appliance deliverers. My next home will be more refrigerator friendly. So glad this home doesn’t have a white kitchen. Great home!

Beautiful, but the family room is too close to the kitchen. I would had removed the center island and extend the family room. But that's just my opinion and I'm certain this will appeal to someone.

I haven't really commented on any of the homes that you have been showing because they're not to my liking and I don't want to write negative things about the builders but this home is perfect. Everything about it is lovely. The format is lovely. And you are right the second master is my favorite although I would have put the wooden rails in the second master closets as well. It's ridiculous how far apart that the kitchen is how they have the sink so far from everything I don't like that design that was a flaw
How do they use the garage which is blocked off by plants? I was born and raised in New Jersey, But I have been living in Europe for the last 32 years. I have noticed that a lot of homes for sale have 2-3 dining rooms. Why so many? I have a 2155,00 square foot home with one dining area. Why do American homes need so many? Also, the kitchen with an island where 4 people can sit (but never see eachother in the face because ALL faced in the direction of the stove, what use does that have? At breakfast I want to see my family in the face ! A lot of waisted space (I think)! Please let me know your thoughts.

Yes. Happens all of the time. Most of the time they will sell it to you at an added cost of course.
Hi Joe, I would love to have one of the houses that you show on here but I can't afford it plus I live in the uk, but I have a question for you, some of the houses you show have garages but there is plants and trees in front of the garage so how would someone put their car in it, take care x
@Sue Upjohn the garages you see with gardens are for the model homes. They do that to keep people from parking upfront the houses and for esthetic. Obviously, when all the houses are sold out, the builder removes the garden and the garage and driveway are open so you can parking your cars.

Why wasn’t the pool area covered just curious?
Don't get me wrong, yes the home is beautiful, but I hope whomever bought the home that the seller disclosed that the backyard will soon be overlooking at townhomes that Taylor Morrison will be building across the pond. The back view will definitely be disappointing six months to a year from now, when they start building the 100+ townhomes. Some of the homes on that side of the pond are getting ready to sell their homes because of the townhomes that will be built and ruin their view. Whomever bought this house, I hope it was worth it.

Yes it’s a model, but eventually it will be for sale. I never understand why a builder would do this. It’s extra work and expense for them or the potential buyer.
@@stonedog23 they do it like that for a model home so that no stupid ass could park their car on the driveway.
