This is exactly what I wanted. A home which is a bit wooden designed. The pool is everything. Also the media room is huge and amazing. Also there enough space in backyard and in the front of the house to do whatever you want. You can play basketball, badminton etc. Amazing!

Good Morning Joe!!!! Man I tell you I absolutely love this home...... The driveway alone is a BIG plus for me I definitely need all that space..... the outside grounds are well maintained and look so beautiful walking into the home and it gives you that âMy house is beautiful lookâ đđ love the Den/library for my wife and yes the hardwood floors and ceilings are such a nice touch also with the barn doors đđ definitely have to keep it the way it is..... Open floor plan is very welcoming and living room has enough room for entertainment.....I also love the GAS stovetop, cabinets and the stainless steel appliances and itâs âSTANDARDâ how can you go wrong..... loving the drop zone from the garage into the master bedroom thatâs quick access to my bed because downstairs master is my spaceđ super shower looks great ..... And now the BACKYARD đ€Żđ€Żđ€Żwhat more can I say...... love the open staircase heading to the loft bedroom are a things of beauty and even the views from all the balconies are beautiful...... I'm not a fan of the choices made for the swimming pool area. I understand architects want to show different alternatives, but I can imagine a pool, a fire pit, and a jacuzzi in the same area with greater fun potential.

Itâs a beautiful home but whatâs with the storage depth, what would you be able to store in there without being folded up tiny. Great idea to have access to the laundry from the master though. Great tour, stay safe.

Hi, I love your videos. However, I think you should let your viewers know the cost of the upgraded model homes your showing. When I look at the models for new homes, I always ask how much the particular model cost with the upgrades because a lot of times without the upgrades, the home just doesn't have that same flare. Keep up the good work though!
Hi Jellybacks. Thank you sooo much for watching my videos. I know what you mean. I have to make a video explaining the cost of a model home, but it would typically be 25%-30% of the base price. And every builder is very different. Such as this builder. most everything comes included in this home except the structure and interior design. Also prices change weekly, so if I post a price today I will have to explain why it is $30,000 more now than when I posted the video 5 months ago.
I gave the price of highly modified homes in the description. $780,000-$831,000 (non-water) - $1,000,000-$1,017,000 (water) this is everything included minus structure upgrades, interior design upgrades, pool

instead of waisting so much money upgrading...the owner should of expanded the back balcony to each corner of the house....the upgrades should be expenses of new buyers so they fix it at their preference ....
Iâm not a fan of that pool. That sunken sitting area inside the pool took up the whole pool. It turned the pool really into a water sitting area.
Promising from the outside. Doesn't quite delivers on the inside.
For the agents thatâs so greedy and wonât tell you the price of the house weather itâs already sold or not. To me this type of agent donât deserve your business and the selfish and dishonest agent. There are honesty agents out there.
Hello Chov Jet. Why would you think that i am dishonest? I am absolutely far from greedy. I have the base price in the descriptions of most videos. I've also signed agreements from many builders not to post prices, as many other agents post prices and misrepresent the builders. I do post prices if the home is for sale, unless it is a builder that I signed an agreement with. Also for the homes that i do post base prices, I have to constantly change as the prices change so much. It confuses people if they see a video that is 1 year old, as the prices are over $50,000-$100,000 more now. I'm sorry that you think that I am dishonest, but if you ask my clients that have worked with me. I am one of the most honest and hard working agent in Orlando. I pride myself in my honesty. My apologies, but I pride myself in giving great tours and when people actually purchase. I am there for them 1,000 percent.

One agent whoâs doing the same thing as you do and I contact her and asked her to send me some property as I am looking for. She has never send me a single property as I requested. I had watched a lot of video as everyone of you posted on CZcams and she the most agent that is telling the price of the property. And that is the reason I contact her, sadly itâs just another disappointment. I watched some of your video with the people that asked you for the price of the property that you posted but, I had not seen once you responded to the question theyâre requested. Thatâs why I thought whoâs you are? If you are signing the paperwork that you are unable to show the price of the property just respond to the people that asked you so, they wonât misunderstand of you as I am.

Itâs asking 2 million right? If it is, if your family brings home 500 to 600 K a year, this would be a good option. Itâs got a three car garage so you can park a Tesla model X, an Escalade or even a GMC Yukon out there. Since the upstairs has like two rack spaces. The loft can be for the kids and then the bonus room that has a wet bar can be for Dad or it can be for the parents. It even has a potential office space.
Oh and one more thing, a new middle school has been built in that area and had just opened recently. Itâs Horizon West middle school. I actually googled it once. Plus you have Windemere high school or a nearby high school for winter garden and there is another high school thatâs about to be built in Windemere so plenty of options.
