I’m ordering 20 oz gloves from title… infused. I’m also getting the infused double end bag 7, or maybe a 9inch ( I like to have more area in bottom of bag for uppercuts). I’ve only owned a 5inch for a few months… it’s in bad shape. I need a new one. Double ended bag is my favorite to train on. I’ve got today’s short video downloading soon. It's easy. You just have to setup a guard with the second arm while the first one attacks. You never guard against every strikes at once. You guard against the most likely or most dangerous counter given the attack
