    Hi All,
    I can't believe it's already November and Thanksgiving next weekend! What are your plans? Is anyone spending time with friends or family? Max and I will most likely stay in California. Something that I haven't shared yet is that we recently got a little place in Joshua Tree that we have been renovating. It will be done this week so we are most likely getting final things done and decorating! Would you guys like to see a vlog for this? Thanksgiving is the busiest year with travel and unfortunately we can't take Katsu on the plane so we will spend Christmas with our families!
    Anyway, in todays video I wanted to share a little more about my gym routine. Every week is slightly different but I try to do 2x strenght workouts, 3x pilates workouts & 1 cardio or restorative workout. I have been doing my workouts from the Soul Sync Body app and I have really build strength and muscle in the past few months. How I did this, I will share a little more in this video!     That breakfast looks amazing, I love the cottage cheese idea. I love that same brand but I eat it regular with fruit on top or as a side. Also nice work with the foam rolling before workout.

    I loved the workout! But from a hormonal perspective I would not recommend doing such an intense workout fasted. This will spike your cortisol and could mess with estrogen and progesterone levels eventually. I usually have a little snack before a workout in the morning.

    I returned after watching your literature to share that I tried the dessert-made with a mashed banana, protein powder, and an egg. I baked it and topped it as you did. It's reminiscent of eating pancakes. Highly recommend! Love your content! 🫶🏻

      Thank you! Yes I do incorporate cardio into my daily routine! If I don't do a cardio workout, then I make sure I am walking throughout the day! Such as taking my dog for walks!

    When you get out of bed you should first open the cover with blankets to enable circulation… then later make the bed after refresh…. Air and also light improves quality …

    To anyone who doesn’t have a tongue scraper, you can use a clean spoon. I sometimes do that and it works just fine. Sanitize it with hot water after and put into the dishwasher. 😊

      Only after showering. If I apply anything on my skin before working out it ends up in my eyes because of the sweat 😅

      sometimes I moisturize before a workout if my face is reeeally dry, but I prefer not to because I sweat a lot and a face cream makes me sweat even more and it’s annoying

      Thank you so much, definitely do not have to be an athlete by any means to incorporate these types of workouts into your fitness routine, just be sure to practice and work on them and you will get better overtime!

      @@SanneVloet I know about Dexa scans but they are just an occasional thing I wondered if you have an at home device for body fat measurement ? 🙂 By the way a low dose of Anava would help you gain a few pounds of lean mass and it is low toxicity 💖

    Very low weight. You could do glute Bridges with 100kg at least having Been trainging for so long.

    Hey Sanne, thanks for a great video, really loved your morning routine and feel encouraged to make mine more healthier. Is it alright to ask, along with having a high protein diet, do you try and have a balance of carbs and fats or less/ more of either? Also do you always workout before eating and if you found this helpful when you were trying to get your period back/ balancing your hormones? Xxx

      Hi!! So glad to hear it encourages and motivates you! Yes, I always try my best to still have a well-balanced meal even if that means I am still incorporating more protein. It's so important to balance out essential nutrients so that you don't become deficient. I usually wait to eat until after my workout just out of personal preference but if you are hungry try to have a light snack beforehand!
