Make aluminum casing with channel, all window and door wrap trim ( united, Pella, Andersen series)

  • Usually people make casings for their wood siding, Hardie boards, cedar impression, fiber cement or wrap aluminum trim for siding as simple as possible and install vinyl siding J channels around it. Possible apply to any kind of windows and doors ( double hang, casement, fixed, sliding, bay, bow, picture windows or hinged, french, sliding, wall mount sliding, bypass, folding, louver, flush, panel, double, dutch, stainless steel, wood, fiberglass, hollow metal, laminate, MDF, hollow-core doors)
    Try to make some advanced one for your house.

    First time I’ve observed the method of snipping the ends for measurements. That’s great. This is gonna save me so much time... I just wrapped 20 windows Some 8 footers and a bunch of medium ones... this would have saved me so much time if I knew then...

    with this method, you don't need a j channel because you made one as part of the casing/ makes for a more professional and cleaner look. thanks
