Watermelon Hack! No more mushy cubed watermelon!

Watermelon Hack Summer 2024! Place a cooling rack in the bottom of a bowl or a pan and then add cubed watermelon. This way the bottoms don’t get mushy as fast! How to choose a watermelon?! First feel- you want it to be heavy. That means more water. Then look for a yellowish side where it sat on the ground and ripened. Look for long brown lines where bees pollinated.
