My husband's grandfather grew a 300 pound pumpkin once. When the guys came to get it to take it to the fair, they started to roll it but pa threatened to knock them in the head with a cane if they rolled his pumpkin. He made them load it with a blanket or something but anyway he had a fit on them for trying to roll his pumpkin.. 🎃

That would be a good lesson for my husband Haha he always got the cheapest watermelons and they were always huge and crappy to eat. We Would end up tossing most of it in the end so I dont know what his thinking was.

It’s a breeding technique no hanky-panky. If you took the two tallest people in the world and bred them with the other two tallest people third and fourth in the world and kept doing this you would end up with a race of people probably 8 feet tall
