Have you ever tried using something like Daysy? Its basically a fancy thermometer you use in the morning that comes with an app that tells you exactly where you are in your cycle. So it will just tell you that the menstrual cycle has begun, or that you’re fertile. Then it can calculate when your next menstrual cycle will be. Although i think the Ollie method is just as effective xD i will say that being more in sync with my body and my cycle is very useful. It explains lots of my moodswings, and not just on my period!
Edit: actually you can just use a regular thermometer and figure it out yourself using the BBT method

My two favorite utube couple ! I have had a few period accidents. I get a heavy flow but I also have pcos so I could get my period one month and it could skip and I not get it for a year. I do get cramps on day 1 of my full flow but I have woken up in the morning in a mess I have to clean the sheets and my husband never got grossed out. The day I had my twins was incredible my baby A my son Logan was born at 32 weeks he was tiny at 3 lbs but he was very healthy he came out vaginally in like 5 or 6 pushes due to my epidural not working at first and one of the nurses told me to push with the pain but then I heard my Dr telling me not to push she had not checked me yet. When you have twins in the USA you have to give birth in the operating room in case of an emergency. So when my Dr. Checked me I was at 10 cm and she head my knees together ( as if that do anything) and she stayed on the bed at the end of the bed holding my knees as the nurses run me to the operating room and then those few pushes and he was out and now twin B my daughter Mikayla was taking her sweet time so they checked my son and wrapped him up and placed him in my arms as I am in the legs up in those things that hold up your legs spread eagle..lol so I am holding my son and the doctor asks me if I feel anymore contractions and I didn't they stopped. So now my doctors arm up to her shoulder disappeared inside me as I was getting nervous about my daughter's well being. The doctor told my husband to take my son and my doctor called out emergency C section and my husband stood up got very nervous and was told to sit back down and they took my son to the warmer which was close by in the same room with me and the epidural doctor was putting stronger meds in the epidural tube and I was scard that I was going to feel the surgery because when I pushed out my first twin I felt all of it but my doctor kept checking me asking if I could feel her pinching my tummy and I could so they gave me more meds and when I said I couldn't feel anything she cut me open and my daughter was out in less than 10 minutes and she was a pound bigger than her twin brother. So both my babies had to go to the nicu and my room was 2 floors up. I hated not having them in my room. So the next day they made me get up and sit in the wheel chair so I could see my twins. Then later that day I had to use the bathroom so my husband helped me to the bathroom and he pulled down my hospital underwear and I started having bad cramps like contractions and all of a sudden this huge blood mass came out of me and on to the floor. I was freaking out because I didn't know what was happening to me. I was so happy that my husband took control and pulled the nurse cord and wasn't grossed out by what he saw . He took care of it and helped me back to bed and the nurse came in and saw what was on the floor and us better out than in and it was normal. I also saw my doctor when she did her rounds and explained what it was. Then I told my husband thank you for being there for me and seeing all that. He said that blood doesn't bother him and that he was more worried for me. I got to take a shower the next day and he helped me in there too. My csection was painful for me at the time I was very over weight 267 lbs and I was only 5'1. My twins are my ivf miracles

Wow what a journey! And congratulations, I hope you and your miracles are doing well. What was the blood, regular postpartum bleeding?

Could you get someone on Be My Eyes to check if you are spotting ect? I'm sure they see a lot of intimate things, like you said with pregnancy tests.

Not sure, be my eyes has certain lines for healthcare but personally I wouldn't want to show someone that way. Maybe a more Ai version would be better, or a color checker app: if you check the color of the underwear first and then if it can spot red or dark. but personally I just know it when I am having a heavy flow, you feel the pain in your body and I feel the blood. Just writing this down trying to explain it shows that I'm personally not comfertable asking another stranger or a person I know very well, I rather bleed out a bit and then fix it up
