i loved this! I didnt know lucy was bi sexual! im glad both her and ollie are so open and honest about everything!
my husband and i spent a month backpacking around New Zealand, so we experienced a lot together so by the time we got married a year later, nothing about each other can gross each other out lol
i was then diagnosed with MS, so he is now my career too, and takes better care of me than i do 😂 even after 18 years we still have to remember communication about everything in the relationship is the key. the disability is a huge part of me, but i would like to think there is more to our relationship. this prob makes no sense, i have had no sleep 😝
I’m loving this podcast! It’s so important to talk about these things! We are all normal people, we just might do things ever so slightly differently.
Lucy, I think a good relationship topic would be this. How would you manage or what your advice be if your living with a partner and your blind and you aren't getting along, and there is no public transport and you don't have family\friends in the area? I have a bf who is absolutely lovely. But everyone has a bad day where they don't get along. And I've heard this from other blind people. Men and woman. And the person who can drive can leave but then your feeling stuck and frustrated in your house and want to go out but what if you can't go anywhere? Like if you live in the country (I do) I think that topic would help alot of people!
You guys are hilarious! I and my boyfriend we laugh a lot about a lot of things that may upset us and we will be upset about certain things and then laugh about it later! So I understand the situation where both Blind and I were just trying to learn each other!

Oh my goodness I did not know you guys are doing a podcast now! I love listening to you both you’re so funny and so cute together. I am totally blind so I love love love hearing the accent. I live in United States in Phoenix Arizona.
I watch a bdsm sexual education channel and one of the commentors has cp and was talking about how they use safe words if they need to readjust or need their calves massaged to be able to continue to enjoy the experience, i imagine that safewords could be helpful even if they arent into bdsm.
Sadly it doesn't seem like a case of becoming someone's carer and no longer seeing one's partner as sexy, but rather of a man going off his wife or girlfriend when she becomes disabled or gets seriously ill. It happens a lot.
