    Soto is what Harper was supposed to be. Young, exciting, clutch, full of energy, not to mention he can absolutely rake at the plate. Gotta respect him

    If this guy isn't already a blossoming superstar, then he's well on his way. He was a joy to watch in the postseason, both at the plate AND in the field. That catch he made in left early in Game 7 prevented the Astros from piling on runs early off of Scherzer. Huge play that was.

    Let's not forget that his hits were against most of the best pitchers in the MLB. I mean Cole was the best pitcher AL pitcher and Ryu the best NL and he went yard on them both. Soto's ceiling seems limitless at this point.

    Juan Soto facts signed in 2015, made his debut in 2018. When he came to the USA didn't know how to speak English, now he can handle a conversation. 2019 world baseball champion and his mom is his girlfriend lol.

    As a Cubs fan people are sleeping on Washington next year. They likely won’t repeat but have an amazing pitching core with Scherzer, Strasburg, and Corbin and some great young hitters in Turner, Robles, and Soto

    I had forgotten that he was a good Fielder in throwing the ball in and also catching the ball he is a well-rounded player I'm going to root for the Nationals next year even though I live in Texas they are an exciting team and not to ego-driven in my opinion

    As a Cubs fan, this has been my favorite World Series after the Cubs winning in 2016. What Soto and Rendon did in the entire playoffs was amazing. Both of them were clutch. Soto had that hit against Hader, homerun against Kershaw to tie it in the 8th, and homered off Verlander. Can't get any better than that. What a series by Soto!

    Love him. He has everything of a star/going for himself. Mostly the heart at the right place. Bonafied. Underrated defender. Great smile. Great teammate. Now tell me how you don't include him in these year's awards ? The disrespect! 😡 Fun fact: 23 in Chicago used to be my fave number but 22 in DC is pretty close😉. He turned WORLD CHAMPION at 21.       Bruva Cap through age 20 seasons.... neither of them had 56 hr. Cabrera the great was only a mid season call up(what a call up it was!) and manny was batting 7th in Cleveland. Too early to say either way, but at this age his only peer is Ted Williams

    I think the most clutch AB was in the wild card game...8th inning...versus Josh Hader... Josh Hader is one of the best but he got a ball up and Soto smashed it. Soto is now 21 and has a ring and Mike Trout is pushing 30 and not even a sniff of a World Series.
