Learning to ride BIG stairs on a MTB.
I haven't been out much recently due to a knee injury but I did manage to get out and teach Kirsty how to handle big stairs safely and with confidence.
It's been amazing to watch her grow as a rider, she has come on leaps and bounds and I find other peoples progression so inspirational no matter the level they are at.
Please bare in mind when watching that I am not a professional nor an instructor so the direction I give was only to try and help her and may not necessarily be the right advice.
