Don't forget Vivica starred in "why do Fools Fall in Love", the Frankie Lyman Story with Larenz Tate! The movie may have been overlooked but I think it was her best performance ever. Halle Berry and Lela Rachon were also in it! Larenz did a great job too! A good Chill movie!

Its also a problem with darker people, they have an issue with light skin people thinking they are better (most light skin people don't think they are better, they mind their own business).

I watched Guiding Light as a kid! Times hv changed cuz I don't think kids young enough to play Barbies are watching soaps anymore. But girl let me tell you how we watched all of them soaps..Days of Our Lives was the it it once we got to high school. My mom never watched any of it until she retired but almost 25 years later she still watches "Days" after we got her hooked all those years ago. Them soaps be like Crack honey!!😅❤

Vivica never forgot where she came from... she's very reasonable and loving... comfortably. She's not the type that needs to get bigger and bigger. I'm not saying anything about anyone else so don't take it that way. I'm just making my statement about Vivica. She's good... she likes the schedule, she's likes being able to pick up a job when and where she needs it, she likes not having the pressures that come with big box stuff... she's smart. She has time to be her, time with her God kids, still has money, and knows who to call for the next role. She's not stupid. She knows her record spirals for itself. She's smart and v good with not overbooking herself. I'll take that life fo sho....

In housekeeping any deep cleaning or special requests are extra. Most times if you have a private housekeeper you and her will agree on a schedule maybe once a month to clean the stove and organize closets est.
I pay $180 for my house keeper on Atl..$125 is cheap in Miami ( Because Miami is expensive)
I paid $150 in MD without the oven and fridge cleaning every 2 weeks. Once a month it was $200 because she deep cleaned which included steam cleaning and shampooing the carpet.
I've learned to do it myself because housekeeper are nosey and they steal.
Come home and all your sh*t gone because the housekeeper's son and his boys did a home invasion situation on your home.. I work too damn hard for my sh*t and they will have to work harder to get it..
Just clean as you go and you will find that you probably don't need a housekeeper.. Those self running vacuum and floor cleaners work on a schedule.. Stove rarely needs a deep cleaning because I use lids on the pans.
I do laundry once every 3 months
(I have enough clean sheets, towels and clothes to last 6 months before either doing laundry or buying new stuff). No pets.. I also socialize a lot outside of my home, I don't have a lot of people over tracking in dirt.

I learned about the Snoop cereal from the internet a long time ago. Then i started seeing it in my local wal-mart. It was displayed at the entrance and then later on an end cap shelve by it self. But i don't really eat cereal so i never paid attention to the price. But im not paying $12.00 for a box of cereal!!! I haven't seen it recently at my Walmart.

Certainly between us as black women but we would fall out and die in the middle of the beauty shop floor before we would admit to that honestly. And admit to how much we still look up to white folks and will bully eachother.
That is not the major obstacle between Black people (crime is).. Unless a light skin person is as passing as Mariah Carey, we usually don't care or notice..
Black people the same color as Funky or slightly lighter than Funky is the norm and is seen as the superior color..
Most non Black people who have a fetish or want a connection to Black people prefer darker skin.. You will rarely see a White family adopt a light skin Black child. Chocolate rules!

I haven’t gotten a return in about 3-4 years but the last time we got one we used it along with some money we had saved to purchase our first investment property. I definitely wouldn’t use it to purchase material things. Imagine saving 3 years of returns to purchase your first home.
