That Martell segment made me so mad! My aunt is a stud and she had a major hand in helping raise her 22 nieces and nephews alongside her 1 daughter. Martell is a notch above a narcissist; he’s a megalomaniac! He KNEW Mel gave him access to the successful life he had. After all, she’s the one who has ALL the credentials! To think, she took the contractors license exam “just to see if she’d pass” and SHE DID. He allegedly has been doing the work, and can’t pass the exam with a coach… In short, Mel was THE prize and he didn’t think she’d ever give up that “perfect” family picture. Sadly, those children will have to heal from both of them and their antics.
Girl don’t forget Martell not only had a coach/tutor to help him pass the Builders License test, the test was also an “open book” test and he still couldn’t pass it after more than one attempt!

However I found Miami to be the MOST expensive place I have ever had drinks at.
