Yes, I was a Nurse Asst for 5 years. I did what I had to do to feed my brothers after my mama m died. I finished my Bachelors in 2017 & Masters in 2023. You can’t judge a person by their job & capabilities.

Yes, it is harder for women to keep weight down due to so many hormone changes. Then there’s certain female issues that can cause weight gain. If you take certain medications or birth control that can cause weight gain. It upsets me when I hear men or radio/ podcast personalities (Charlemagne) shame people who are overweight or tell people to just exercise and eat right when it is not that simple for everyone.

I'm glad someone stood up for the CNA comment. I was a CNA for years before I started nursing school and I made $60,000 a year. Everyone in the medical field is important. Nursing school is hard and expensive. I highly doubt Funky Dineva can can even focus for 10 minutes to make it in the medical field.

I have been a fan of yours for many years but I have been a CNA for more years and it really does hurt that you speak down on such an important job. Now don't get me wrong I do have a degree in Science and Business Management at my big old age but working as a CNA was and still is dignified work and somebody has to do it. It's just really sad and it hurts to hear you be so disrespectful to such important people. Wow. 😢

Damn! How did the CNA's catch a stray? I usually ride for Funky Dineva, but you are feeling yourself a bit too much these days. Aren't you the same one bragging about making all that money but not paying back your student loans? It's very ignorant and insensitive comments like this that upset me. I know CNA's that make more than nurses. I know CNA's that are happier with their jobs than nurses. I know CNA's that are financially better off than nurses. Not only that but you do know that nurses wipe ass too right? Nurses clean up vomit, blood, urine, poop, change linens, change briefs and anything else a "CNA" does. And this is not throwing shade to the nurses because I'm in nursing school but have been a CNA and HHA for many years and I love taking care of the sick and the well. Just because you took a different path in life, please don't make anyone feel bad for the path they decided to take. I have no debt. Money in the bank. No student loans an 827 credit score, drive a beautiful car and that's all from working hard being a CNA and taking my time before going to school. Sometimes it's not your degree that matters it's what you choose to do with it. I know lawyers that are broke. I know plenty of broke and stressed out nurses and again that's not throwing shade at nurses, it's getting Funky all the way together.
