This is one of the best channel on workout you deserve a sub bro, but I have one request can you add videos on what are the mistakes we can do while performing such workouts or how to do workout properly. Also can you add more warm and stretching exercises do to before and after workout.

@@assaultplayz5782Sorry for late reply it si going pretty good. I started gym yesterday on Monday again after 5 month of not going to gym. I lost this plan and came on CZcams to see it again. Workout Plan works and results depend on what you eat and supplements you use. I personally used Serious Mass and Tribulus. Results are shocking my muscles were truly bigger. Key in my diet was less carbohydrates more protein.
Also used a lot of water in my workout which is 700ml x3 so 1.4 liter to 2.1 liters during workout. I use to workout 45 min with this plan.
After seeing this video for first time, I immediately signed to gym with confidence of what to do. Thanks!

program is on point for building muscules (even though it;s not for begginers but still can work with it with lower intesity) this is best so far I found (if you want to build muscule and get shredded at same time and build endurance do cardio too but if you just want bigger and stronger body take rest days)

I'm quite ripped/cut and I've been working abs and chest/arms with bodyweight and a 15 kG resistance band.
I do have a question, if some of the equipments are not available can I do one or two of the targeted muscles exercise or I must complete everything
