Oh my goodness, that looks so delicious. Unfortunately I’ve developed some serious health issues and recently I’ve had to go on a very restrictive diet, eliminating grains and processed foods. But I my grandchildren most likely will love this! I’ll surprise them with this awesome Frito Pie!!!

I understand, maybe I can buy big pack of chicken or beef and freeze some for the next day, if I keep it too long in freezer it gets freezer burn. Not a fan of chips unless they are low sodium, but great job. Enjoyed this video, thank you 😊

That's a great idea to precook your meals! You don't have to use up your butane plus cooking in this heat inside a van can be unbearable.
Mom made this only she layered ground beef, chili(canned), fritos, cheese and then repeat and then stick it in the oven.
I did it!!! It was really good. I kept it in maybe longer than I was supposed to BUT I WILL MAKE IT AGAIN. I did get confused and used 3 whole pounds of beef and there is only me so I got alot. Pleaseeee do more cooking Lindy.❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊

I use a wooden spoon often. But it is hard to find them with any quality. Could have poured the tomatoes on top of the meat. Personally I would have broken up the fritos some.

WHEN I GO TO ALDI..I BUY THE CLANCYS BRAND CORN OR TORTILLA CHIPS AT A LOW PRICE HERE AT $ 1.95 A BAG AND YOU GET A LOT MORE..FRUGAL /ON THE CHEAP..
We prefer wood as well 🙂 Not a plastic person at all. Just plastic bags for food and garbage..lol..

So yummy,I will try this,nice light snack, while I here,how are you on your last video it look like that the camera shut off but before it shut off it look like you was having trouble breathing and I got scared and concerned I'm glad you are with Jason, very happy, still concerned I care a great deal about you and I never miss a blog because I want to keep up with how you feeling and how you look, by looking at you tell a lot but anyway you sound a little out of breath when you're talking and it's not that you're doing much it's just that your breathing is labored, for me will you go get a check up and let Jason go with you just to make sure you're okay you are strong-willed and you are stubborn sometimes but your subscribers or myself I would say because I see something going on and I want you to get checked out that would make me feel a lot better love you so much take care and enjoy your time with Jason❤🙏 and I did reach out to you on the same blog that day and wrote something in this contact as of this year and I don't see a response so I'm just repeating myself because you are there to my heart ❤️❤️
