TO MAKE KATTAN CHAI
WATER - 2 CUP
POUND GINGER - 1 NO.
CINNAMON (Buy: amzn.to/31893UW)
TEA POWDER - 2 TSP
MINT LEAVES
HONEY OR SUGAR - 2 TSP (Buy: amzn.to/31htvm1)

METHOD:
1. Boil water in a saucepan.
2. Added pounded ginger to the water.
3. Add a piece of cinnamon to it and bring it to a boil.
4. Add the tea powder and mint leaves. Boil for 1 minute.
5. Strain the tea and add honey or sugar.
6. Kattan chai is done.
TO MAKE MASALA CHAI
CHAI MASALA POWDER
WATER - 1 CUP
TEA GRANULES - 2 TSP
MILK - 1 CUP
SUGAR - 2 TSP
METHOD:
1. To make the chai masala powder, add dry ginger, cardamom, cloves cinnamon, peppercorns and grind everything together.
2. Boil water in a saucepan and add chai masala powder. Boil for 1 minute.
3. Add tea granules and let it boil for 2 minutes.
4. Add milk and boil for 2-3 minutes.
5. Finally add sugar and mix well.
6. Strain the tea and serve it hot.
TO MAKE GINGER CARDAMOM TEA
WATER - 1 CUP
GINGER
CARDAMOM POD - 1 NO. (Buy: amzn.to/2V4OXd6)
TEA POWDER - 2 TSP

SUGAR - 1 1/2 TSP (Buy: amzn.to/38wnYus)

1. Boil water in a saucepan.
2. Add pound ginger and cardamom to it. Boil for a minutes.
3. Add tea powder according to your preference. Let it boil for 2 minutes.
4. Add the milk and let it come to a boil.
5. Add sugar and mix well.
6. Strain and serve the chai hot.

I really love your easiest and quickest way of telling and preparing recipes, making tea is a very basic thing but people like me who don't know how to prepare it are really in need of such basic recipes , all these variety of Chai are really really good and refreshing which is the real purpose of tea🙂
