Ingredients:
1 cup water
2 tsp of tea leafs
2 laung/lavang
2 inch adrak
1 ealichi
1 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
Saffron
Method:
Boil 1 cup of water
Add 2 tsp of tea leafs
Add crushed adrak and laung in boiling water
Add 1 cup milk
Bring it to boil
Add 2 tbsp sugar
Add 1 ealichi
Boil for 1 to 2 mins
Add 2 strands of saffron in cup
Pour tea in cup
Put some saffron on top of it for garnish
Ready To Serve

Sir ji, its a good way to make a cup of tea... but if u use a msrmnt cup & spoone that were very very easy for us who cant make tea.... :(

Ajay sir how to make tea with perfect calculation method really this is a precious knowledge u gave us otherwise every time we make tea it's either more or less or taste keeps changing every day due to no standard calculation which u told us u have made it clear that even making tea is a skill and needs correct ratios so that the taste is same everyday without wastage excellent sir

I do the same thing but also add cinnamon sticks and crush them with clove and ginger and usually I leave them in cold water for whole night and in the morning add 2 teabags in the morning for an hour then give one boil to the water add boiled milk and 2 fresh cardamoms , simmer for2 minutes . This way tea is not harmful and more tastier and fragment

Do we need to crush the mint leaves before adding or we just drop it in ?
I always put mint leaves in my tea along with ginger, mint leaves are just lightly broken with hands... no need to crush them. It gives a wonderful flavour to the tea and is healthy too.

Jabse chaiwala become our PM the Pune also grown as a pure masala tea hub. Many chaiwalas are big brands now and opened franchise in many other cities. Actually Pune is quite famous for it's AMRUT TULYA since more than 100byrs.
We also make tea with above proportion but my mom prepare tea masala with many spices and store and same we use.
But I liked sir your above preperation and definitely will try. 👍🙏🤗
