Nisha, I have an Avon eyeliner like that. To get the pencil tip up, "pump" the part on the top into the handle a few times (with the cover off). Hope it works! Marcia
& I like to use an eyelash primer to..& I LUV "it cosmetics" tightline black eyelash primer. It has a Really skinny brush, u get every little lash! Then I use Tarte mascara. But my favorite mascara is "They're Real" by Benefit!
I haven't read all the comments so not sure if anyone told you how to use the tarte eyeliner. you hold the neck of the eyeliner and pump it down and it should retract up! ☺😙💖

Try turning the bottom of the pencil down where the product comes out. I have one similar that has a sharpener on one end but you control the amount at the end where it comes out. That's hard to explain😜 Hope that helps! You look great as always!!😘

Hi Nisha, I was wondering if you have tried Bare Minerals illuminating Mineral Veil? I used to use the Laura Mercier and used the BM again and wow was I surprised. I have fine lines under my eyes that really show up when I use powder on my concealer. When I used this, all the fine lines disappeared! I was blown away. I thought it would accentuate fine lines, but it didn't. I'm going to keep using it. I just wondered if you had used and what you thought about it. Ok love you Nisha! Thank you! ❤❤❤

Hey! I think the the Tarte 'maneater' liner works in the same way as the smashbox liners do. It retracts and sharpens itself just by twisting on the cap. (description on site: ...,Twist open the cap with built-in sharpener and the liner will automatically advance with a crisp precision tip...') I hope that helps :-) Best wishes xo, Karin

Unless she changed something Nisha is using Realash Eyelash Enhancer and it is obviously working for her. There are different once from Latisse, LiLash, RevitaLash and probably some others, but working differently for different persons. They should make lashes thicker, longer and darker and they do, but not with the exact same results for everyone. And Nisha has naturally curled lashes and with mascara of your choice (depending on what look you prefer), you may end ep having as gorgeous eyelashes as Nisha:)
