Absolutely Gorgeous, Nisha. I think one of the prettiest eye looks is a cut crease and you have explained it so well. I'm going to do it step by step tomorrow following along with your video. And I'm going to try the wing just like that because I've noticed if I bring the liner all the way across, my eyes look too closed in because the lid isn't showing anymore. The bright colour on the mobile lid combined with the flick gives it a bit of a sixties look but in a contemporary way. I really like it X
The last few days I have been watching a lot of make up videos.
I have suffered with some health issues the last 3 years and my skin, mostly my face is very pasty. I tried doing my make up for the first time in years a few days ago and it seams the colors I used to ware just don't work for me any more. The pic on this post I snapped a few days ago so I could show my daughter who lives far away how good I'm looking. I'm getting fullness and some color back in my face. My daughter told me I needed a darker foundation. So here I am on you tube watching videos to re learn how to do my make up. Your channel and Wayne's Chanel have been so helpful and I can't wait to try the different techniques. I have very hooded eyes and through my illness are worse.
I feel like I have a new lease on life and am so very excited to start not just living but doing it feeling good about myself. I feel make up just brings out a persons natural beauty and insinuates a persons already beautiful features. I have to draw my brows on I have none as after chemo they never came back. I had brows tattoo on but they are faded. I'm sorry for this long comment but do you have any videos or suggestions for a good foundation and color for me and a brow video or tips for women who have no brows and have to draw them on? I know my pic with this comment is small but I'm hoping you can get some kind of idea from it to be able to help me.

This is exactly the look I used to wear in the 60's!! Just a flick, dark crease, light lid, lots of lashes (real or false), pale lip!! Still looks good!

Nisha, that is a fabulous look!! I'm 50 and have hooded eyes, of course. This, just happens as we get older, also from wearing eye makeup for many years, tugging, pulling, and stretching! Plus, let's face it, eye makeup was not made with the quality ingredients like today's eye makeup! This look I will be giving a try tomorrow, only I don't have the Becca Ombre. Ive done this same look (technique) SO many times with a coppery-bronzy crease and a creamy white satin (not all-out shimmer, but some ability to catch light) and then, since I felt like the under eye was a little disconnected from the lid color, I used a blue under my eyes. I've used a pencil liner and shadow over top and I've used anything from pale blue to teal and I never fail to get compliments on my eyes when i wear this. In fact, I'll often wear it as an uplift when I'm feeling yucky and especially if I'm extra-tired since the blue underneath tends to make the whites of eyes look whiter, it makes my eyes look more awake. I LOVE this look and I really love it on you, Nisha. So soft and pretty!

OK, so I'm still sitting her watching this again. I think I need to do this look tomorrow. I have the Tarte lash Paint mascara and I like it a lot. Its very good. But I don't get the amazing results like you do. I'm thinking of trying the primer from Tarte. I get frustrated I guess since, after chemo when my eye lashes came back in, they came in kind of short. Or short to me as I used to have double rows of (like my dad had) eye lashes that got mascara on my brow bone of I didn't let it dry before looking up. Now I'm sure glad they're back and was so gad my hair came in the same as it was (except a LOT of gray) - just mediocre eye lashes. ;/

Beautiful look Nisha! I actually do my flick liner like that after putting on the mascara, it always looks good and not too much. I put a little powder on top of it to soften it up though. If there are too many wrinkles out the side of the eye, I find using a dark eyeshadow powder flick works good instead of the liquid.

I never thought of using cut crease on my eyes until one morning in a rush not to be late for work:) Hardly ever using liquid eyeliner I just used dark brown eye shadow the same way you used eyeliner and off I went! I checked my makeup few times and liked it so much that now I only play with crease colors and my morning routine takes much less time and stress. It looks much nicer on your light color eyes though :)
