I use my Nuface regularly, as well as my Hooga Red Light/infrared. From the nose up everything is lifted and looks terrific for my 66 years, but do have slackness around my jowls. I guess it would be worse without all the serums, creams and gadgets

I'm still using my mini but no real difference. I actually saw more temporary improvement with the small one they included in the package for when you go out etc.
Kimberly, I recently watched a trained expert on guasha, and she said not to make your stone cold. If anything, it should be warm.

Probably warmed is better, because warmed muscle is more pliable when it's warmed.
Anyway, that would be my logic (sorta based on the idea that we must warm up our muscles before a weightlifting session)
That is because unwarmed muscles do not have the same mobility as do warm muscles.

Hmm...this is my 2nd try at posting this. My first post did not show up at all (even tho I clicked on 'send' - ??)
Anyhow, I do think the guasha s/b warmed because warmed muscle is much more pliable than a cold muscle.
That's my logic, anyway...
Based primarily on the concept that we need to warm up our muscles before doing a 'working set' (with heavier weights) in a lifting session.
The reason is because muscle tissue is more mobile and pliable when it's warm, rather than cold.

Good Morning Kimberly. I started my “ Skincare Journey” while scrolling thru U tube page and seen I think it was like you 3 rd video pop up. I watched it and immediately started ordering from The Ordinary, several serums. I also remember you ( in a later video) saying if you had known, you would have just Exfoliated and not wasted so much money on serums first. I failed to watch that video in time so like you, I started slathering many serums on my face. I immediately subscribed to your channel and here I am at 63 and my skin look better than it’s ever looked ( minus all the wrinkles). I did purchase Newface mini and was very consistent with using it everyday, then every other day and now I don’t use it, but am going to charge it up and give it another try. Great tips for a lifted face, and Lord knows I need a lift. Lol

She goes in depth in the importance of exfoliating when we first start a skincare routine. Really great video on helping us know what and how to start skincare. Hope this helps. There are other great videos she does about these subjects. Hope this helps.

So do you like this myolift better than the ziip halo? That is the unit you loved in your morning/evening video I just watched. I know it's an older video but I can only budget for one or the other. Is this the unit you recommend now?

I ordered a rebounder Kimberly, but didn't realise how big it was, so there's nowhere in my home large enough, I returned it😭 I have the Myolift QT, Ziip and the Medicube EMS device which is amazing and the only device that seems to be lifting my jowls! Just love all Medicube products & have just ordered their Booster Pro, it has several functions and I'm looking forward to using it.

I’m waiting for a home device that can handle under eye bags! It’s that or I’m having surgery! Lol I did try the nira and it actually made my under eyes drier and made me look older.
The NIRA gave me electric shocks. No more devices for me.
I’ve been disappointed in my NIRA as well, I almost feel like it’s made my wrinkles worse😭. I do use Nuface+ and Omnilux face mask, retin a rx and the ordinary.

I have nuface but didnt notice a lot of difference. I don't have sagging jaw but was hoping the line from nose to mouth would have improved. 2 months later, not really.
I haven't either but the nuface fix does lessen crows feet for a few hours when I use that. The nasolabial folds unfortunately nothing in 3 months.

Hi Kimberly Im 69 single and living in the UK. I haven't used micro current but have always had a good facial routine thanks to my mum. I'm similar to you as I go to the gym and try get the best food that I can. Over the years I have streamlined my beauty routine as more different products became available. I've followed you for a few years now and really enjoy watching your content as I know we are on a similar page. I do a little face yoga and self massge on my face..not sure if this has been proved to help but I see it as self care. I love your lifestyle videos ❤

Kimberly have you used NuFace micro current? It’s one of, if not the, original home micro current devices. I use the Trinity. Do you have an opinion on how NuFAce compares with the one you use?
I just love my mito red light panel. Tried other gadgets never worked for me even with consisted use. For me only a waste of money.

How does this compare to the ZIIP halo?
Just keep in mind Ladies these gadgets are a temporary experience, just like exercising your body muscles...stop doing it watch how your face falls just like the body muscles. I know I used to be a fanatic using these devices and I got tired of it... Luckily, at 65 my face has always looked and does look pretty darn good just by taking care of the skin without the gadgets. I have no wrinkles, bags or discoloration around my eyes thank God and very little wrinkles elsewhere on the face, but talk about the neck and the rest of my body, OMG, what the heck happened, lol 🤣

I have the mini, 65 years old. No jowls but lines on side of nose/mouth I wish it lifted. I keep using it but before/after pictures didn't show anything. ; ( The nuface fix that was included in my package though, I do see some crows feet disappear temporarily, not all but less deep and that had less strength
Have you done a comparison between Nuface and Myolift?
I've had two NuFace devices. They both broke.

Are you still using the ION MINERALS? It has helped me to have less bloat. Oh yes, and drink plenty of water!!!
So do I understand right, it's not going to be as impact full if you do the micocurrent and the gouache stone so pick one or the other? You said it's not going to be as impactful if you do the micocurrent and the gouache stone.......??

No more gadgets for me. Nuface has been sitting in my cabinet for over a year after I used it for about 6 months saw no results and my face hated the gel. I had to get it off quick after using the device because my face was itchy. The Nira original kept giving me electric shocks I should have returned it but I let too much time pass. I do love my Mito red light panel.

Microcurrent devices sting me. I don't know if I'm using it wrong but it's not a pleasant comfortable experience for me.
Do u have enough slip on your face? U shouldn't b stinging. I sometimes feel near my hairline but I don't put much conducting gel there. Also, if u can set the intensity, it could be too high. Good luck!
