I found this very informative. I jumped on the castor oil pack bandwagon over a year ago and I find it to be extremely helpful. I had not heard of the C60 but I will tell you making your own electrolyte drink is as easy as can be .....coconut water or even regular water, the juice of 2 lemons, a teaspoon of pink himalayan salt and a tsp to tbsp of honey. I make a pitcher of it daily :)

I purchased the cod liver oil pack and recommended cod liver, but i havent followed through with using it consistently. You have inspired me to get back on track. I am also definitely going to try the supplements you recommend. I have found, quite by accident, that i have zero aches and pains when i follow a low carb, healthy fat way of eating. I was visiting family out of state, and they dont eat pasta, bread, potatoes or rice. After being there a few days, as they say "when in Rome....", I suddenly realized my arthritis and neuropathy symptoms were greatly relieved. That was in 2021 and i have pretty much stuck with it. When i get off track, it doesnt take long for the Standard American Diet to cause me to not feel as great. Thank you for sharing so much info...your content is always so helpful.

I too have been putting it under and over my eyes and brows, on ears (using ear plugs) on all my moles, on my dry feet, in my belly button (bandaids over it), all over my flakey (no more!) skin, and I am sending away for a pack for my different body parts (neck, midriff, etc). This is just a couple of weeks in but I resonate with the feeling of loving putting it on me. I am going to experiment with buying capsules and using Castor Oil internally. Give me an email and I'll share with you my results.

Great finds Kimberly for supplements. Thanks to you, I have started my Health Journey. Buying organic fruits and a few veggies and an Organic Protein Powder which includes veggies. I’ve got to purchase a juicer as all I have is a single one which I’m not sure how well it will juice baby leaf spinach and greens. I am also joining The Wellness Center and will be working with a trainer as I am post op 6th spinal cord surgery, but the horrible back pain I feel if I build my core muscles and all my muscles back, the pain will lessen. I for sure will be purchasing the ( already forgot🤦🏼‍♀️) the Co liquid antioxidants. Sounds like a must! Have you found that purchasing All Organic and going 100% clean diet, is a lot more expensive ? The closest health food stores like Trader Joe’s is 2 hrs away, so will be going there to purchase some produce etc. we just don’t have any organic farmers that sale all pesticide free, oraganic produce which makes it harder. Thank you so much for such great info and great supplements. I’m on board with you Kimberly.

Love your tips..you look great! .I'm on the same journey and love researching health span. I start the day with hydrogen water (Tyler Lebanon excellent source to learn), it is a selective antioxidant only helps what needs helping. (before coffee) I use a hysdrogen water bottle generator. Electrolytes are a must. I worry about a super strong anti oxidant everyday like C60 etc. For example when we exercise we tell the body to produce oxidative stress that in turn tells our cells to operate more efficiently. Anti oxidants can blunt the benefits of weight resistant exercise and cardio training. We need some oxidative stress. Consider cycling the C60 and use several hours away from exercise. Every morning I have 5 grams of taurine, and glycine as well as creatine. Fairly cheap powders and easy to throw in water, great longevity benefits as well as cellular energy. For sure you should be taking creatine! I do 3 drops of methylene blue (very low dose) everyday for longevity, not too strong of antioxidant effect. Castor oil has changed my pore size and flakes on my 61 yr old skin, and the packs are great for thyroid as well.😀

Not very well explained but you could look up Dr Pamela Popper.

In a 2021 research study,5 the researchers found that naturally occurring phytochemical agents in oregano oil, thymol and carvacrol, were the main components which were responsible for oregano oil’s antioxidative, antibacterial and antifungal effects. The main component of oregano oil (over 60%) is carvacrol, a potent monoterpenoid phenol.
