My husband and I and our 8 yr old daughter are coming the first week of October and have private tours with Jorge and Maury for our check it out visit and we are so excited! We live in Northern Ontario Canada (rural wilderness) and we moved up here in 2014 from South Western Ontario (loads of people and amenities) and we had to really adjust to things moving in slow motion if at all, with highway closures for many reasons, mail being super slow, having to order online and wait and bugs, etc that we never knew existed so maybe the last move was getting us ready for Panama! LOL

I called the California FBI channeler office they can get our report in 24 hours, not 1 hour.
OK. I thought the letter of income verification even from social security should say lifetime income.
Call other channellers, they can provide your FBI report in 1 hour or less.
We only saw a few here in CA. and we still would need to come in for the fingerprints. We are fine with the 24hr, just surprised there are not more of them.@@PanamaRelocationTours

??? Once the permanent visa is ready, how long do I have to return to Panama to get it… Do I have to personally pick it up or does the attorney pick it up for me?
Your attorney can pick up the resolution but you need to come to Panama to get the visa asap.

I have RAILROAD RETIREMENT tier 1and 2. It's our social security because we don't pay into social security on the railroad. Is that acceptable?
If it's a lifetime income, it qualifies for the Pensionado visa.
Jackie, my husband and I Sent our Doc to be Apostille on July 20th 2023 to Washington DC , we were hoping to have it returned by sep 29, seeing are moving to Panama with family at That time. So far nothing , can we forgo that process and head down to Miami to the consulate to do the authentication instead seeing it takes only a few days /
an apostile takes 3-4 months. It's much better to send the documents to the Panama Consulate where it only takes 3-4 DAYS for authentication
What is the Amazon shipping like in Panama? I use a lot of supplements rather than Rx medications.
You can buy supplements in Panama. To get them shipped to Panama using a mail forwarding service, you will pay about $4 a pound.
Is there another way to find out how much certain meds cost without going there? When I went to the tour, I did not unfortunately have my list of meds. Thx

I'm from Nigeria, I will like to visit panama December the problem I'm having is there's no panama embassy in Nigeria.
you must go to the Panama Embassy in South Africa to get a visa to visit Panama. They can give you more details but I believe you are only allowed to stay in Panama for 30 days, then you must go back to Nigeria.

Hi, Jackie. I watched your last Saturday live stream about getting the Pensionada visa. You stressed that the proof of income letter (in my case this would be Social Security) must state the the income is for life. I've gone to the SSA website and looked at the proof of income letter the SSA offers and it says: Type of income is Retirement Income but nowhere does it say "for life." Will I need to request a special letter that has this wording?
