What if po ang ng kiclaim po ay apo. And nka registered sa Assessors Office ang lupa sa granparent nila while single pa. Now the tenant which was also the family of their grandparent's brother... What will we do when there's no record in ROD of the land title or our mother
Hi Attorney, I bought a right of way last 2018. I only have a deed of sale and partition agreement from the landowner. Separating the TCT at my own expense will be very expensive. A year ago, the municipal of San Juan Batangas took some portion of my land for their access without advising me. They even make their own fences and gates to access their dump site. What do I do to confront them? Do I have to tell them what they did was against the law? What is the best way to legally do this?
